BBC Strictly’s Dianne Buswell breaks silence after tearful display
Strictly: Angela Rippon is eliminated from the show
Dianne Buswell has spoken out after breaking down in tears in Strictly Come Dancing last night, following the dance-off with her celebrity partner, Bobby Brazier.
The Australian dancer looked visibly emotional after the judges unanimously saved them from elimination.
Instead, it was the end of the road for broadcaster Angela Rippon and her professional partner Kai Widdrington.
Taking to Instagram, Dianne later shared a series of snaps of her and Bobby enjoying their time during Blackpool Week.
She penned: “Extremely grateful for another chance to dance and to show you what this amazing boy can do. I don’t take any day or dance for granted.

“I want to thank everybody who took the time to vote for Bobby and I – we appreciate it more than you know.
“Despite a dance-off, that was Bobby’s highest score and he is improving week on week. He started this thing with zero experience so what he has achieved is pretty incredible.
“We have something pretty special for you all this week coming up.”(sic)
Dianne was immediately flooded with support from her 974,000 followers who gave her warm words of encouragement.
One person said: “I don’t understand why people aren’t voting for you. Most improved non-dancer by far! Did not deserve to be in the dance-off at all.”
