“I by accident didn’t realise, I was putting a picture of my friend who was FaceTiming me and my phone number has just been leaked.

“Please, if you have my number, please don’t call it, don’t message me. If you could delete the number… I’m such an idiot. I didn’t even think!”
Miles, who has been a popular face on Channel 4 reality show Made in Chelsea over the years, is confirmed as one of the celebrities who will appear on Dancing on Ice next year.
Yet it looked as if his privacy might also have been on ice for a moment as he grappled to contain the tricky situation and avoid calls from excited fans.
It hasn’t been long since Miles announced his public dancing debut to the world, sharing on social media: “I’ve always loved to dance but it’s usually on a dance floor on a Saturday night and Dancing on Ice looks so difficult.”

The star has admitted to feeling the pressure, as he’ll be competing against the likes of Hannah Spearritt, Claire Sweeney, Ricky Hatton and Greg Rutherford.
“I keep thinking about how I’m going to need to have rhythm while balancing on a thin blade and that’s when I feel the nerves kick in,” he agonised.

“It’s like we’re on safari!” he exclaimed as he sped along in a golf buggy.
He followed that up with an icy cold bath, which he shared would be heated at just “two degrees for three minutes”.
Some believe that cold water can boost health and circulation, while it’s a popular technique among those looking to upgrade their athletic performance.

Miles will have to get accustomed to the cold – and the possibility of overworked muscles – as he prepares for his much-awaited stint on Dancing on Ice.
