I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Adam Woodyatt, 53, entered the camp as a late arrival alongside Simon Gregson last month. Earlier this week, campmates were left bewildered after the EastEnders star wasn’t chosen for a particular Bushtucker Trial by the public. It came after the celebrities seemed convinced that he would be next in line.
Former winner Kerry Katona believes the lack of context behind their prediction shown on camera, could mean there had been some drama going on behind-the-scenes.
She said: “If you watch not last night’s show but the night before, all the campmates thought it was going to be Adam who was going to get picked next.
“So something must have happened for them to all say it was Adam, but we’re not seeing this.”
When asked by the Daily Star if he could’ve perhaps wound somebody up in camp, she replied: “Yeah!
“I mean we haven’t seen that bit have we?”
Express.co.uk has contacted a representative for ITV for comment.
Ahead of entering the Gwrych Castle, the Ian Beale actor revealed how he prepared to take on the show’s gruesome challenges.
He quipped: “I cut the bottom out of a goldfish bowl and filled it full of maggots.
“How do you prepare for [trials like] that!”
On what he could bring to the camp, he added to press: “I’ve just got normal things that I can do.
“I’m quite practical, I’m crap at DIY but I’m quite practical in most respects.
“I can cook a bit, but I’m sure everybody else in there can cook.
“I’m really good at drinking coffee, eating ice cream and riding a bike. They’re really not going to help me!”

The actor added he asked former contestant Shane Richie for some tips about surviving on the show.
Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry won the show back in 2004.
She isn’t the only ex contestant to share her thoughts on this year’s series.
Nicola McLean, who participated in 2008, recently branded the campmates “too PC”.
Addressing a clash between Frankie Bridge and Naughty Boy, she said: “I know it sounds bad because it’s nice to watch people getting on but let’s be honest, we want a bit of juice, we want a romance, we want an argument, but with people like Frankie Bridge, who is lovely don’t get me wrong.
“But with the argument with Naughty Boy – Imagine if that was me, I would have been like, ‘don’t come at me about f***ing rice, you cook the f***ing rice if you want’.
“I would have caused more of a problem.”
She added the stars wouldn’t want to do anything on-camera that could jeopardise their “squeaky clean” image.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues tonight at 9pm on ITV.
