Meet Queen Camillas grandsons who share the same name – but one is rarely seen in public
Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have a number of cousins that they are clearly very close with, as they've frequently been seen them playing and causing mischief together at important events.
The late Queen had 13 great-grandchildren: Savannah Phillips and Isla Phillips; Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis; Mia, Lena and Lucas Tindall; Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet; August and Ernest Brooksbank and Sienna Mapelli Mozzi.
While Prince Harry's children, are the trio's only royal first cousins, there are several other younger members of the family who they undoubtedly enjoy hanging out with.
Whether this is with Pippa Matthews' three young children, James Middleton's baby son, Inigo, or with Queen Camilla's five grandchildren, there will certainly be no shortage of playmates for the three Wales children. We imagine that one cousin in particular would be especially close with Prince Louis, thanks to the fact that they share the same name!
Arthur, Grace, Rose and Inigo aren't the only young members of the family who the royal children have a special bond with. Before she married the King, Queen Camilla was married to Andrew Parker-Bowles and the pair share two children, Tom Parker-Bowles and Laura Lopes.
As a result, Camilla has five grandchildren of her own who are not directly related to The Queen. They are: Lola and Freddie Parker-Bowles and Eliza, Gus and Louis Lopes.
Louis Lopes and his twin brother, Gus, were born in 2009 to Laura and Harry Lopes. Their older sister, Eliza, served as a bridesmaid at the wedding of the Prince and Princess of Wales in 2011.
The twins, along with their cousin Freddy and Camilla's nephew, served as Pages of Honour for their grandmother during the Coronation in May 2023. Louis' uniform for the day was inspired by the Grenadier Guards, of which Camilla is Colonel-in-Chief.
Ahead of her 75th birthday in July last year, the Queen appeared on the cover of Vogue for their July 2022 edition and gave a candid interview about her hobbies, her thoughts on her treatment in the early days of her relationship with King Charles and her own grandchildren.
She said: "I do Wordle every day with my granddaughter. She’ll text me to say, ‘I’ve done it in three’, and I say, ‘Sorry, I’ve done it in two today.’ It’s very satisfactory when it tells you how brilliant you are.”
She added: "We learn from very young people and they learn from us, too. That’s the way it’s always been. You know the nice thing about being a grandmother is that you can spoil them occasionally, give them more of the things that their parents forbid them to have."
Queen Camilla's second grandson named Louis was born at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington to the Prince and Princess of Wales on April 23, 2018. Prince George and Princess Charlotte's younger brother was named Louis Arthur Charles.
The young royal had fans in stitches with his antics during the late Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations in 2022 as he pulled funny faces on the Buckingham Palace balcony and struggled to sit still during the Platinum Jubilee Pageant.
Prince Louis's boisterous energy is well-known and his parents have previously commented on his behaviour. During her first engagement as the patron of the Rugby Football Union, Kate said of her youngest son's rugby skills: "They’re all enjoying it, Louis is kamikaze, we’re worrying about when he gets older, he’ll be in the middle of everything."
