Meghan, who recently shared a glimpse into her and her 36 year old husband Prince Harry's luxurious Los Angeles mansion, continued: "I think you’ve talked about and you tweeted recently that we haven’t yet begun to realise the legacy and the effects that all of these platforms and what social media and what the online space is doing to all of us on a deeper level.

"And that’s what I think people haven’t realised. We’re in it now, but we have a chance to get ourselves out of it."

The brunette beauty and Harry also gave an update on how they're doing amid the coronavirus pandemic as Meghan explained they're simply enjoying the time they have to spend with their one year old son Archie.

Meghan explained that she didn't know her answer to the query from her interview on the documentary 'Harry and Meghan: An African Journey' would be talked about for weeks on end.

"Isn't that funny, it was about a year ago this time that someone asked me that. We were on a tour in South Africa," she told the hosts.

"On the last day of the tour, man I was tired, I was just about to give Archie a bath, we were exhausted," she continued before Harry added: "She was still breastfeeding at the time".

The Duchess of Sussex said: "A lot of people don’t know, it’s like running a marathon, so between every official engagement I was running back to make sure our son was fed, and it was a lot.

"At the very end the journalist asked me, 'Well, are you okay?' and I didn’t realise that my answer would receive such an interest from around the world, because I said, 'Well thanks, people haven’t really asked me if I'm okay'.

"I didn't think about that answer, I just answered honestly, because I was in a moment of vulnerability because I was tired, because there was no presentation, it was just, 'Here's where I am, I'm a mum who is with a four and half month old baby and we are tired.'"

The brunette beauty added: "The reason it resonated with people is because everyone wants to be asked if they’re okay. So I would say… today, I'm doing well, thank you for asking."
