Mrs Hinch reveals unfortunate name given to her by sons after new purchase

Sophie Hinchcliffe, aka Mrs Hinch, has revealed the unfortunate name given to her by her young sons as she debuted a new purchase.

The 33 year old cleaning and Instagram sensation took to the platform on Monday, 13 November, to show off her new fleecy blanket hoodie in a shade of dark olive green.

She looked stunning as she snapped a mirror selfie, looking super cosy for the cold winter weather in the comfy attire.

But she shared that her two young sons, Ronnie, four, and Lennie, two, had called her 'The Grinch' after the iconic character played by Jim Carey in the 2000 film, How The Grinch Stole Christmas.

Sophie wrote over the snap: "Good morning everyone.

"I bought this green fleecy hooded blanket from Dunelm. Went downstairs and the boys shouted "The Grinch" [laughing emoji] great [thumbs up emoji]."

Her post continued: "Anyway Ron is at school now, he was so excited to go!

"Len has gone swimming with my sister and I have a load of work and washing to get through today. Also need to nip into town.

"Monday let's go!"

The star, who has 4.7million followers on Instagram, is known for her love of a bargain, despite having made millions from various endorsement deals over the past few years after her cleaning hacks on the social media platform.

So she was thrilled when she discovered a new bargain shop, which she filmed on a walk-through on her Instagram stories.

When she got back home to her £1million Essex farmhouse, Sophie excitedly showed off what she'd bought, including some Christmas goods, including cards and decorations.

She recently took to Instagram to show off a new Christmas candle, which is shaped like a giant bauble in red and white, with four wicks in it.

She wrote: "I FOUND IT. The giant @homebargains bauble candle!"

The social media sensation could be heard saying: "Now my pumpkins are out of the house guys, I have brought in one candle – one Christmas candle, and I managed to find it.

"It was the giant bauble candle from Home Bargains. Look at it.

"It is beautiful, and the lid – look at that – it's amazing, oh it's amazing. Chuffed to bits with that."

Her post has no doubt sent many of her 4.7million Instagram followers scrambling to their latest Home Bargains store in search of their own bauble candle.

Sophie, along with husband Jamie and sons Ronnie, 4, and Lennie, 2, moved into their 'dream' home in the summer of 2022 – a £1million farmhouse that Sophie had had her eye on since she was a little girl.

There, they live with their dog, Henry, three alpacas, named Roy, Rodney and Raymond, as well as a number of rescued chickens.
