Neighbours fans can now have Ryan ‘Toadie’ Moloney answer their Ring doorbell
Ring Video Doorbells have launched a brand new Quick Replies voiced by Neighbours fan-favourite Jarrod “Toadie” Rebecchi.
Customers can surprise visitors with pre-recorded responses and have ‘Toadie’ say hello to them at the door with his different Neighbours–themed greetings.
It’s first-ever Australian accented Quick Replies are to be dropped in the country.
One of the replies includes: “G-day mate, they’re busy doing some good neighbourly deed because, crikey, we all know ‘everyone needs good neighbours!’ Why don’t you leave them a message.”
Another response will greet visitors saying: “Hang on, they’ve got the TV on and it’s the cliffhanger moment. They’ll be right there.”

Speaking about the new launch, Ryan Moloney said: “It’s been a whole year since I’ve played Toadie and now not only can fans hear some of my one-of-a-kind phrases again on screen, they can also hear me through their Ring Video Doorbell with my latest Quick Replies.
“I’m very excited to be bringing my voice to more than just Ramsay Street but streets across the UK, Ireland, Australia & New Zealand.
“With only a few taps on the Ring app, you can hear the one and only Toadfish Rebecchi say, ”G-Day Mate!” with a simple ring of your doorbell.”
Dave Ward, Managing Director, EU & International at Ring said: “We are always looking for fun ways to update our customers’ experience with Ring, and with Toadie’s Quick Replies we’re thrilled to introduce a new accent with nostalgic appeal for our customers and Neighbours fans in the UK and Australia.

The TV show Neighbours made a comeback on September 18 after it was axed from Channel 5 last year.
The Australian soap show was rescued by Amazon and can be streamed on Freevee with new episodes released daily, Monday-Thursday, at 7 am BST, in the UK and the US.
What’s more, every episode of Neighbours from 2012 to 2022 is available on Freevee too, so you can catch up on all the Ramsay Street action from the last decade.
A selection of iconic episodes from the show’s history is also available to stream.
