Princess' photoshoot

Princess landed her first magazine cover and interview with OK! last week, and I’m so incredibly proud of her.

She looked amazing and is such a sweet girl. She’s very polite too. It made me laugh, though, when she said I was protective of her – but, I’ve got to be honest, I really am.

The one thing I’ve learnt as my kids get older is that I need to treat them equally and can’t be stricter with one. Any rule that applies to Princess applies to Junior, and I always say to them that they’re role models for their younger siblings.

Hosting duties

I’m excited to reveal that I am the new host of Saturday Morning Live on GB News, alongside the lovely Ellie Costello.

Our first episode aired on Saturday and we did a really fun photoshoot together ahead of that to promote the show.

Hosting regularly is a fantastic opportunity for me. I’m very grateful that things are going well right now!

Putting health first

I was sad to hear that Grace Dent and Jamie Lynn Spears left the I’m A Celeb jungle last week.

However, it’s so important to look after yourself when you’re on the show and make sure your health is a priority.

You’ve got to listen to your body and if you ignore it, it can be a disaster. Wishing you both the best!

Dancing stars

This time of year is always exciting and I visited Redditch last week to turn on their Christmas lights. It was a great night and I performed a few of my songs too.

The best part was that we used a local dance troupe as my backing dancers. This is slowly becoming a bit of a tradition for me and all started when a dance academy reached out a few months back and asked to perform my song Flava.

Now, what I would like to happen is whenever I go to a town and perform, my team will find a local dance or singing troupe – so if you hear we are in town, reach out!

It’s so much fun and the routines look amazing when we have lots of people on stage.

Food fans

I was at the BBC Good Food Show recently, where I was cooking live on the Big Kitchen with Rosemary Shrager.

I was coached by Rosemary on ITV1’s Cooking With The Stars so it was great to be reunited with her, she’s the best.

I made a sausage ragu dish from my #ItsFine book, and Rosemary made a beautiful panna cotta. It was a great day and I loved meeting members of the audience too.
