Speaking on Celebrity Skin Talk, Saira told host Scott McGlynn: “You make friends with some people, you tolerate some people, and some people you are just there to do the job with.
"I'm not going to go into the nitty gritty here now. There are some I will be close to because we get each other.
"And there are some I won't miss at all who I was just like 'I just have to tolerate you to do the job'.
"You have to be professional about it. You can't pretend that you're all going to be best friends.
"On a show with different opinions, you're not going to tolerate everybody's opinion.
"That's not a problem, just do it with respect and you have to be open minded."
She continued: "Sometimes I'd go in with an opinion and someone would say something to me and I'd think "oh I haven't thought about it like that before!"'

The star then went on to explain what type of person she hopes will replace her.
She said: "We need LGBTQ representation on daytime TV where you are sharing your life stories and helping to shape people's opinions and help broaden their minds. It's fundamental to have someone from that community."
On 2 January, writing in her column for The Mirror, the mum-of-two announced she was leaving the hit ITV show.
She wrote that last year's pandemic has made people realise “what’s really important to us”.
She continued that the tribulations of 2020 have “certainly made me assess my priorities, values and how I want to move forward with my life.”
The much-loved panellist then went on to announce that: “So I start this new year by saying goodbye to Loose Women.
“After five years of being a regular panellist, I’ve decided to give up my seat to another woman who will benefit from the platform as I did.”
The host then revealed that although it was a “difficult decision” she has come to the conclusion that she would like to focus on running her skincare business, Saira Skin, as well as “pursuing other media projects” and developing her “love for wellness.”
