Human Made and ayur-chair Reunite for Third Collaboration

HUMAN MADE and ergonomic chair maker ayur-chair, have teamed up for a third collaboration. This time, the posture-correcting seat, one NIGO is said to use often, will receive a new look in a burgundy colorway.

Known for crafting one of the world’s first posture-correcting seats, centering on the concept of “sitting on your ischium bones,” ayur-chair’s products are designed to help relieve lower back tension, as well as improve the sitter’s posture and concentration.

Like the two previous HUMAN MADE collaborative stools, the latest iteration features the exact same construction but is dressed in the fashion label’s signature burgundy red colorway, with white lettering that pops in contrast. Additional design details include an embossed “HUMAN MADE” logo at the lower portion of the chair and the brand’s “Gears for futuristic teenagers” slogan in small white lettering.

Releasing at the same price point of ¥44,000 JPY or roughly $295 USD, the chair will be available for purchase starting December 9, via ayur-chair and HUMAN MADE’s official sites.
