HUMAN MADE Launches Its First Vintage-Inspired "STORM COWBOY DENIM" Collection

NIGO‘s HUMAN MADE has launched its “STORM COWBOY DENIM” collection, inspired by vintage pieces the Japanese designer has collected over the years.

Leading the lineup are the Storm Cowboy Denim Jacket Type 1939 and Storm Cowboy Denim Pants Type 1939 made of neppy selvedge denim fabric with a faded finish that gives off a worn look as if it was worn for decades. From the discoloration and damage processing to the button-fly front opening, chain-stitched finish hems, and the size and shape of pockets, all components are designed with attention to detail to mimic the essence of vintage clothes as closely as possible. Playful touches such as HUMAN MADE’s signature heart-shaped rivets and buttons round off the new pieces.

The first drop of the “STORM COWBOY DENIM” collection will be available exclusively at the brand’s official online store from Saturday, March 5, at 11:00 am JST (Friday, March 4, at 9:00 pm EST). The denim jacket will be priced at ¥49,500 JPY (approximately $430 USD) and the jeans at ¥33,000 JPY (approximately $285 USD).

In other news, you can now shop Human Made’s “DOG” capsule and reversible jacket among new items on HBX.
