NBC News Correspondent Kasie Hunt & Matt Rivera Just Had a Baby

Did you know 258 babies are born every minute? That’s one every 4.3 seconds. And while that number may seem high, it sort of makes sense in Hollywood, where celebrity families are growing each and every day. As such, we love to keep track of which celebrities have had babies in 2019, and we think you should know which celebs fall into this category too.

Some of the most notable parents this year include Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, and Prince Harry, who welcomed their first child, adorable Baby Archie, on Monday, May 6. Actor/director/screenwriter Greta Gerwig and her partner, director Noah Baumbach, welcomed their first child sometime in March or February with reps for Gerwig and Baumbach confirming the news on around March 21. Earlier that same week, Jessica Simpson and hubby Eric Johnson welcomed their third child together, daughter Birdie Mae, on Tuesday, March 19. And before that, Meryl Streep’s oldest daughter, Mamie Gummer, gave birth to her first child, a son, with film producer Mehar Sethi.

But these celebrity couples aren’t the only ones welcoming little bundles of joy in 2019. If you want to keep track of the new celebrity babies who arrived this year, keep clicking and read on.
