Off-White™ and Chicago Bulls Look to Hats for Collab Extension
This past February, Off-White™ and the Chicago Bulls released their first collaborative capsule – conceptualized by Virgil’s Abloh’s friend Don C, Off-White™ CEO Andrea Grilli and the Abloh family. Out of the brand’s arsenal of collaborations, this one was particularly special as it pays tribute to the late designer’s hometown. Now, Off-White™ and the Chicago Bulls are extending their collaboration with a new hat offering.
Enlisting the help of seasoned cap company, New Era, the collaboration sees two new hats, which continue paying homage to Abloh’s love for basketball and Chicago. Appearing in red and black, the hats are emblazoned with new collaborative logos. One graphic reveals a Bulls’ figure flying high with a basketball while the other reveals the Off-White™ name alongside the Chicago Bulls franchise logo.
The two new pieces serve as the perfect complement to the previously released capsule, which included highlight items like eye-catching varsity jackets and hooded pullover sweatshirts. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds are set to benefit the Virgil Abloh “Post-Modern” scholarship fund. Check out the new offering in the gallery above.
The new Off-White™ x Chicago Bulls x New Era hats are set to release on November 22 at Off-White™ flagship stores, at the Madhouse Team Store in the United Center, online at Off-White™ and the Chicago Bulls online shop.
