Marking Jordan Brand‘s first time collaborating with a South Korean name, Nike‘s Michael Jordan-centered off-shoot has now teamed up with Helinox on a limited release.
Inspired by the Air Jordan 3 “Seoul” released back in 2018, the idea for the Jordan Brand x Helinox Chair One was conceived after seeing sneakerheads lining up outside storefronts with Helinox chairs.
The 600-denier polyester weave seat is durable, soft, and supportive with strategically placed high-strength polyester mesh panels. Celebrating the tones of the Taegeukgi (Korean flag), the chair is decorated with a Jumpman motif underscored by Helinox’s logo and MJ’s name and “23” number in Hangul. The ultra-lightweight packable black DAC aluminum alloy pole frame with high-strength nylon resin is packable into a matching case.
The Jordan Brand x Helinox Chair One is set to release November 3 via Helinox’s website.
