Tarek El Moussa and Christina Hall’s 12-year-old daughter praises her stepmother, Heather Rae Young, in the latest season of “Selling Sunset,” calling her the “best mom ever.”
While celebrating Young’s baby shower in November 2022, the “excited” preteen gushes, “I’ve known you for four years now, and I just want to say you’re the best mom ever.
“I couldn’t have asked for anyone else,” Taylor adds. “My dad got lucky. You’re way out of his league.”
Social media users called attention to the sweet Season 6 moment, which noticeably left out Hall.
“Heather’s stepdaughter saying she’s the best mom ever on screen when she has a mom, that everyone knows,” one viewer tweeted Saturday, one day after the new episodes premiered on Netflix.
“Wait Heathers step daughter said best mom ever…. Come again?” another added. “What about Christina ????”
A third user called Taylor’s speech “a big statement” to make.
Hall, 39, gave birth to Taylor in 2010 while married to El Moussa. The former couple went on to welcome son Brayden, now 7, before splitting in 2016.
After the exes finalized their divorce in 2018, El Moussa, 41, moved on with Young.
The “Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa” star proposed to the real estate agent in July 2020, and they tied the knot in October of the following year.

In January, the “Flipping El Moussas” co-stars welcomed their first child together, a now-3-month-old son named Tristan.
Before giving birth to the infant, Young often gushed over her close bond with Taylor and Brayden.
“The second I met [Taylor], I knew my life was going to change,” the former Playboy model wrote via Instagram earlier this year, noting that they never had an “awkward” phase.
“Not everyone can understand the close relationship I have with the kids & that’s fine, all that matters is how we feel,” she continued. “I love my role as their bonus mom.”
As for Hall, the “Christina on the Coast” star is also the mother of son Hudson, 3, with ex-husband Ant Anstead. She is now married to Joshua Hall.
