HEINZ fans have begged the company to bring back a popular everyday food item after it was previously axed.

Taking to social media, one fan posted a photo of the toast toppers and gushed: "Ooh I wish you could still get these!"

The popular product had creamy Heinz flavoured soup toppings which could be spread across toast and grilled until bubbly.

Heinz replied and said: "Sorry, but there are no current plans to bring them back. Will let our team know how much they are missed for you."

    Aldi discontinues products

    Customer Sean – who shops at the Moxley branch in the West Midlands – took to social media to share his disappointment that black tins of Complimints had been discontinued.

    And he was even more shocked when he asked Aldi why cherry and plum tomatoes had been missing from his local store the past few weeks.

    Replying to Sean, the firm's official Twitter account delivered the bad news.

    The post read: "Thanks again Sean, we can confirm that these products has now been discontinued from our everyday range in your region. So sorry for this!"

    Costco discontinue fan fave

    Costco customers have been left in shock after it dropped Kirkland washing liquid from stores.

    A Costco spokesperson did not respond to a request for comment, but staff at two stores said the item had in fact been discontinued.

    Posting on the Costco Wholesale UK Facebook page, one disgruntled customer said they had spotted the product missing from their branch in Leeds.

    They said: "Went to Leeds last night to get Kirkland washing liquid and was non (sic).

    Cadbury fans gutted

    The choc giant has ditched its Dairy Milk 30 per cent less sugar bar just four years after its launch.

    The lower calorie option, which first hit shelves back in 2019, will no longer be available for purchase because "demand for this product has dropped", Cadbury confirmed.

    Mondelez – formerly Kraft – which bought Cadbury back in 2010 – launched the 85g share bar as a slightly healthier alternative to the iconic Dairy Milk.

    And at the time they pledged the 30 per cent less sugar bar was "just as irresistibly smooth and creamy as our original Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate, but with 30 per cent less sugar and satisfaction in every single mouthful".

    Following the news of the popular crisp flavour being axed, customers flocked to social media to vent their frustration.

    One said: "What has happened to Worcestershire sauce? Cannot tell you how much I miss my favourite flavour."

    A second said: "Where are the Worcester sauce flavour crisps? My favourite but I can't find them anymore."

    Walkers' admin replied: "Hi, we're sorry but Worcester Sauce flavour is no longer part of our range."

    Walkers has confirmed it has axed a hugely popular crisp flavour for good – and shoppers say their sandwiches are ruined.

    The brand told fans that it has stopped making the Worcester Sauce flavour.

    Crisp connoisseurs had noticed the flavour's absence from supermarket shelves "for a while".

    But Walkers officially confirmed it has scrapped Worcester Sauce crisps on Twitter/X this week.

    Iconic chocolate bar discontinued

    Mars confirms it has discontinued iconic chocolate bar leaving fans furious.

    The confectioner has axed its dark chocolate Bounty bars.

    One of the bar's biggest fans, Piers Morgan, posted on X (formerly Twitter) and said: "I've just been told my favourite dark chocolate red wrapper Bounty bars have been discontinued, and this is the last one left in my dressing room stockpile.

    "I'm outraged. This will cause immeasurable harm to my mental health. Please reconsider."

    Others were quick to share their pain with one fan saying: "Noooooo. Dark chocolate Bountys beat milk chocolate Bountys hands down.

    "Mars don't do this to us."

    Heinz discontinued product

    Heinz begged by customers to bring back a beloved retro item.

    For many, the Heinz Toast Topper range was a staple in their childhood – making the discontinuation even more painful.

    One fan went as far as setting up a petition online to bring back the Toast Toppers, and garnered 800 signatures.

    A fan commented: "Love them wish you could still get them x."

    Another piped in: "What a treat!"

    But the toast toppers weren't everyone's cup of tea, with many saying the topping reminded them of "cat sick".
