She passed away on Monday August 28 after being hospitalised in a coma for over a week.
Larissa was first admitted to hospital on August 20, after suffering cardiac arrest in the city of Gramado, according to posts from her family on social media.
After suffering a second cardiac arrest, the Brazilian influencer and physical education student sadly passed away.
The Instagram sensation had built a following of more than 30,000 online, where she shared selfies, pictures from her travels, and health and fitness content.

Larissa’s family had been keeping fans updated on her condition through taking over her account to post Instagram updates.
Fans flooded the comments with well wishes and messages of support, reading ‘Jesus bless you Lari! I’m praying for you’ and ‘Stay strong Larissa’.
However, yesterday her family shared the devastating update that she had died, adding that she ‘fought courageously for her life’.
In the caption, her parents wrote ‘Our beloved daughter, take your steps with God and be blessed’.
Comments read ‘Forever in our hearts’ and ‘So beautiful and young. This is unbelievable!’
Another fan wrote ‘You will always be alive in our minds’.
Just three days before being hospitalised, Larissa, who is nicknamed as ‘Lari’ by her fans, shared a picture of herself posing in Gramado, wearing a black puffer coat and checked skirt.
Other pictures, shared just one day before the cardiac arrest, show the influencer in a trendy all-black outfit, captioned ‘memories,’ with a tag indicating she had been at the city’s cinema festival during her visit.
