For more than thirty years Coronation Street actress Sally Dynevor has been best known as her ITV soap alter-ego Sally Metcalfe.
But now the 58 year old soap legend is preparing to step out from behind her popular character, as she makes her debut on this weekend’s Dancing on Ice.
Opening up on whether she’s looking forward to showing viewers a new side to herself, or is feeling the nerves, Sally told OK! And other press outlets: “It’s a bit of both actually.”
The mum of three, who is following in her Corrie cast mates footsteps onto the ice alongside pro partner Matt Evers, continued to say: “I’ve hidden behind the character so to suddenly come out after all these years is quite daunting.”
So, following her soap success, here's a look at Sally's impressive net worth…
What is Corrie star Sally Dynevor's net worth?
Sally has a reported net worth of £5million.
Her net worth comes as a result of her time working on Coronation Street, where she is believed to earn around £200,000 annually.
The actress also made her television debut in police drama Juliet Bravo playing the role of troubled schoolgirl Wendy Cunningham.
As a result of her services to drama, Sally was made an MBE – an honour she was left "shocked" by.
She shared at the time: “I am humbled, grateful and very proud to have received this honour. I am still in shock.
“I didn’t believe it was real when I first found out earlier this month that I was to be given an MBE. Keeping it a secret has been so difficult.

“I also want to thank my beautiful family, Tim, Phoebe, Sam and Hattie, for their constant love and support.”
As well as Sally, her daughter Phoebe has also accumulated an impressive net worth.
Her net worth after her acting success, including hit Netflix show Bridgerton, is a reported £8million.
Ahead of her ice debut, Sally has been getting lots of support from her Coronation Street co-stars, who have been reliving their experiences on the ice and giving her tips and advice.
Sally explained: “It’s lovely that we’ve got a shared experience. Everyone has been really supportive.”
“They’ve all talked me through their experiences over the years and what happened to them.”
The actress added: “On the Corrie cobbles, we’re all starting off at the same beginning and they’ve all done very, very well.”
