Lush’s heavenly-smelling Super Milk conditioning spray now available in perfume form

Lush’s viral Super Milk conditioning spray, £13.50 here, is now being launched as a limited-edition perfume and we are here for it!

This limited edition fragrance, £30 here, is out as part of the company’s ‘Lush X Community’ fragrance collection – a range of new scents and body mists recommended and voted for by the Lushies (yes, the Lush fanbase found a name for itself) on all social channels.

Since coming on the market in 1995, Lush has always been at the helm of the sustainable beauty revolution, going against over-packaging and focusing on ethical ingredients and organic fruit and vegetables. Recently, the brand's communication strategy aimed to build a closer rapport with the Lush community. To celebrate them, the brand asked members what their favourite scents were that never made it as a fragrance in the product development process, and with almost ninety thousand members on Reddit and Discord groups, the response was incredibly positive.

When it comes to fragrances, it's all about evoking a memory or a specific time in our lives that left a mark. If you were around scrolling on TikTok a few months ago (let's face it, who wasn't?), you would probably remember the Lush Super Milk Hair Conditioning Primer, £13.50 here, going absolutely viral on the app. People couldn't stop gushing about how good it smelled, and it flew off the shelves, leaving customers practically begging Lush to bring it back, and guess what? It's back, now in fragrance form!

In a video by @blondebimboob that has now gathered a whopping 16 million views on TikTok, the user kickstarted the Super Milk hype campaign by saying: "If you wanna smell like you just fell out of heaven… I'm not even exaggerating – this smell is so perfect. You know those girls that walk by, and they like, leave a scent like they just got out of the shower but they didn't? And it doesn't smell like perfume, it smells like their hair smells clean? I've been looking for this scent my entire life, I never found it, until now. I don't know how to tell you what it smells like, other than clean hair, like, it's just perfect. Trust me."

Super Milk is a very peculiar scent with creamy notes of vanilla and caramel and a citrusy touch with hints of Litsea Cubeba oil for a sweet, zesty and moreish fragrance.

The collection was only launched on the 23rd of November, but it's already a hit including, other than Super Milk, £30 here, other six coveted scents created for the very first time or taken from the Lush archives and finally revealed:

Creamy Candy Perfume – (£30, here) – Sweet and direct with candy notes of Vanilla

Tender Is The Night Perfume (£35, here) – Pure soft and floral-sweet seduction

Toil & Trouble Perfume – (£30, here) – A magical herbal blend of grassy sage, patchouli and captivating balsamic hints

Tramp Body Spray (£30, here) – Smell like a forest with intense notes of oakmoss and patchouli.

Golden Pear Body Spray (£25, here) – Deep and intense with spiced pear, cardamom and orange.

Sticky Dates Body Spray (£25, here) – sweet with notes of caramel and calming sandalwood oil.
