Tacky wedding guest slammed for wearing outfit thats wrong on every level
A woman was accused of hogging the limelight when she turned up to a wedding in a floor-length gown.
The lass, who is allegedly a "close friend" of the bride, wore a light silver frock that was covered in sequins. She styled the dress with a fur shrug and matching sparkly accessories.
But as the outfit is extremely eye-catching, and not dissimilar to what you'd walk down the aisle in, people were pretty annoyed with her.

A fellow wedding guest took to Reddit to shame the clothing choice, writing: "Attended a wedding a few days ago and this is how a 'close friend' of the bride came dressed like. We overheard the bride jokingly scolding her and she laughed it off.
"Then we saw these posted on social media not even bothering to congratulate the couple or acknowledging the wedding. Very classy…"
The post garnered 5,200 upvotes – and hundreds also waded in with their own opinions on the matter. Many weren't happy with the wedding guest – calling her "tacky" and "attention seeking".
One said: "I would totally turn someone away if I was involved in this wedding, if I was the groom, bride, in the party somehow, or was one of their parents. F*** that, that person is so disrespectful."
Another agreed: "Wow. Wow. Wow. That’s wrong on every level."
A third wrote: "Oh my!!! This is NO CLOSE friend of the bride no matter how she spins it."
And a fourth added: "Honestly, I don’t understand how half these women don’t end up going home with a huge red wine stain on their dresses at the end of the night from a bridesmaid accidentally tripping and spilling it on them."
While the vast majority of people blasted the wedding guest, others stuck up for her.
One said they "liked the dress" and another agreed that it looks "beautiful". Meanwhile, others said there was no chance of the woman getting muddled with the bride.
A Redditor wrote: "Doesn’t look like a wedding dress and it’s also silver, I really don’t think it’s inappropriate."
And another agreed: "I don’t see anything wrong. It’s a silver dress not white. The cut seems appropriate for a wedding. What is the issue?"
