A tiny beach shack that’s no bigger than a garage is on the market for a whopping £185,000.
The shack is a simple corrugated hut but overlooks the sandy beach in the village of Abersoch, North Wales – which has been dubbed ‘Cheshire by the Sea’.
Celebrities such as Coleen Rooney and Bear Grylls have been spotted at the seaside resort on the Llyn Peninsula, which is a popular staycation spot.
The hut, which measures just 18ft by 12ft, is on the market for £185,000 which is the same price as homes in nearby villages.

Average house prices in Gwynedd are around £240,000 but there are many properties in the area currently on the market for less than £185,000.
Sellers Beresford Adams said: ‘A rare opportunity to acquire a freehold bathing Hut on the much sought after Abersoch Main Beach.’
They say the hut is ‘positioned midway between the Golf Road slipway and the Yacht Club end of the beach and a few hundred yards from the Beach Cafés and Sailing School’.
They added: ‘The Hut has been in the same family ownership for a number of years being well maintained with corrugated exterior sheeting, double wooden entry doors and a timber balcony. The hut measures 18’x12’.
