Bella shared a photo of herself with a black patterned bra on, as well as one of herself taking it off to show how her chest looked in and out of it. She celebrated both looks as said every breast type and shape is worthy of being accepted.
Writing to her fans, the influencer said: "My breasts don’t look like they used to. Over the years I’ve watched them drastically change. They hang now and have stretch marks and visible veins.
"There have been many occasions where I felt so insecure about them I would wear a bra when intimate with a partner and at times I would look in the mirror, lift up my breasts and imagine what they would look like if they weren’t sagging.
"They aren’t the same breasts society has labelled as ‘ideal’. They aren’t perky, symmetrical and perfectly smooth. But despite all of this I was tired of feeling ashamed of them. Because honestly, they deserve to be seen as do all breasts."
She continued: "Breasts come in a range of different shapes, sizes, appearances and colours. They can be perky, saggy, covered in nipple hair and stretch marks, smaller and larger in shape, surgically enhanced or perhaps you’ve had a single or double mastectomy.
"Whatever your breasts look like it’s important you understand they deserve to be celebrated and while you’re here please check your breasts and get to know you’re normal. I know it may feel uncomfortable to look at your breasts but it’s so important you examine and feel them because it could save your life. Remember all breasts are worthy regardless of how they look."
Fans were loving her message, as one told her: "Your posts make me feel better. I’m always made fun of my chest because it’s big and saggy. But I realised they’re beautiful as is."
"Such an important reminder," added another, while a third admitted: I always used to be ashamed of them, but now I love them. My boyfriend does too, which helps reframe my mindset."

Bella is known for stripping off to try and help others accept their bodies. However, she previously told Daily Star she gets trolled everyday for doing so.
"I get trolled daily! I also get told the most awful things possible," she told us.
Talking about how she deals with this, she added: "I have grown pretty thick skin over the last two years and not much gets to me. But that's not saying the comments don't ever hurt because sometimes they do – especially when I am having a bad day.
"I like to remind myself that hurt people hurt people and that people's comments are a reflection of their own insecurities."
