Caroline Flack plans to reinvent herself and make ‘major life changes’

Caroline Flack plans to make "major life changes" in order to make a TV comeback.

The TV personality stepped down from presenting Love Island after she was charged with assault by beating following an alleged attack on her boyfriend Lewis Burton in December.

Now she is planning a comeback and plans to reinvent herself by ditching her party girl lifestyle for a wholesome existence, a source claims.

The bombshell is said to have admitted she "won't achieve if she doesn't stop burning the candle at both ends".

Speaking to Closer magazine, the source said: "Caroline has been avoiding the usual celeb haunts. She's been going on long hikes, reading, doing yoga and taking care of herself with spa treatments, healthy food and lots of sleep.

"She is more keen than ever to get out of the city and escape the stress of it all."

The source added that once she and Lewis can legally reunite they plan "to swap parties and boozing for dog walking and quiet nights in front of the TV".

Caroline, who is taking time out in LA, was replaced by Laura Whitmore as Love Island host but producers confirmed the door is open for her to return to the hit show in future.

Amanda Stavri, a runner for the show, told Mirror Online bosses are in “constant contact” with Caroline.
