In pictures by OK! Magazine, the pair were all smiles after their long engagement as they were surrounded by their famous acquaintances.

In one snap, Debbie, 59, rested her palm on the chest of her longtime partner as they posed for the camera at their luxury venue. They cosied up together in the starlit marquee as they prepared to celebrate their big day with a selected list of their associates.

Other shots also show the pair surrounded by an array of stars on the big day which included This Morning presenters Nick and Eva Speakman. Former Waterloo Road stars Eva Pope and Tim Healy were also in attendance along with Simon Gregson, who was Charlie's best man.

In another snap that featured on the cover of the magazine, the newlyweds were snapped alongside an array of glamorous female soap stars. Vicky Entwistle, who played Janice Battersby in Coronation Street beamed alongside Kym Marsh as they wished the pair well on their big day.

Alison King was also on hand with Emmerdale star Claire King who plays Kim Tate in the rival ITV soap. This comes after Charlie officially married his long-term partner in a star-studded ceremony attended by other TV legends which included the likes of Eamonn Holmes, who has been a friend of the groom for over 30 years.

His TV presenter pal actually had a very special role on Charlie's big day because he was asked to officiate the service. They previously told OK! magazine: "We actually legally got married at Macclesfield Registration Office two weeks before the proper wedding, with just three witnesses, so Eamonn could do the service."

They then marred in an elaborate function at Shrigley Hall Hotel & Spa in Cheshire after being in a long-term relationship for 22 years. To see all the exclusive pictures and watch video footage visit OK.co.uk or pick up a copy of OK magazine.
