Big Brother star Chanelle Bowen has revealed she's been a victim of "absolutely horrendous" abuse since getting evicted from the house.
The Welsh dental therapist got the boot during Friday's (November 10) live eviction show alongside Trish Balusa in a shock double elimination after receiving the most votes from the public.
On the night, Chanelle left the house to a series of loud boos from the crowd and she says things haven't got any better since despite admiting she "expected to go" after she was caught breaking house rules by discussing nominations.

She told Daily Star and other press: "I expected to go, I wasn't shocked that I was nominated because I broke the rules, I knew how it looked, I knew how we would have been perceived. And I wasn't shocked that I was evicted, so I did kind of prepare myself for that and I think I prepared myself for a bad reception because I already knew how I was going to be perceived. I put my strong girl knickers on and walked out there, I tried to blur it all out."
Chanelle went on to share that she didn't expect the online abuse she's received since her exit from the show and reminded fans that they don't see every moment from every day. She explained: "For me, I'm just a normal girl from Wales that goes to work Monday to Friday, to now having to navigate through the trolling, has been absolutely horrendous.
"I think what people need to remember is that you do only see a 45-minute clip and unfortunately you probably do just see the clips of me b**ching when in reality I'm not doing that all day. I'm actually having loads of fun, laughing with everyone in the house, but it is what it is in that term.
"I think people also need to remember that everyone in that house talks about each other but unfortunately it looks like I've been doing the most talking behind people's backs when that's actually not the case. "I was in situations where I shut conversations down, I'll be like 'Guys we need to stop this' and I've encouraged conversations like with Trish but people don't see it. There's this kind, soft side to me that people haven't seen a lot of, they've only just seen me expressing my emotions and my frustrations."

The reality TV star reflected on her time on Big Brother by saying: "It is frustrating but I guess it has to have fit the narrative of that day. There are lots of things which I think people haven't seen a lot of in there, like Dylan, you'd have such good conversations with him, Paul with his mental health, Jenkin is really funny and Olivia is funny, you can have a really good conversation. Henry and his boarding school and learning stuff about Jordan being a lawyer.
"All these intellectual conversations have gone on but I've been perceived as this kind of dumb, ditzy, blond – I have my moments but that's just me being Chanelle and I'm not going to apologise for not always wanting to have a serious conversation."
Big Brother airs Sunday to Thursday on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm followed by Big Brother Late & Live at 10pm
