Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd's £41k Mustang is clamped outside his home

CORONATION Street star Jack P Shepherd's £41,000 Ford Mustang has been clamped outside his Manchester home.

In our exclusive pictures, the David Platt actor's black muscle car can be seen with a red sticker on the driver's window that warns not to remove the yellow clamp on the front left wheel.

The clamp was fitted by Manchester City Council, which left contact details of how the actor can resolve the issue.

According to the Council's website, the release charge is £40 as well as a further £25 or £35 penalty charge notice.

To be clamped, a motorist must either persistently dodge parking tickets, ignore parking and bus lane regulations, and not be registered or taxed.

The Sun has contacted representatives for Jack for comment.

The powerful American car, which Jack has owned since 2017, is his pride and joy.

He was pictured arriving at the Corrie set in it back in June, as the cast returned to filming after lockdown brought a halt to production.

The same month he was also pictured doing a supermarket run in the motor with girlfriend Hanni.

The model recently defended her man after a troll said "he has nothing to do with his disabled son".

Hours after she spoke up for Jack, his former fiancée Lauren Shippey also claimed the star was neglecting their two children.
