Eamonn Holmes fumes over face being used for erectile dysfunction pill scam

Ruth Langsford couldn't stop laughing today as her fuming husband Eamonn Holmes revealed his face was being used for a Facebook scam… to sell fake erectile dysfunction pills.

Today Martin Lewis, who has been very vocal about scams using his face to sell fake Bitcoin.

But Eamonn revealed his own issue with the fake ads.

"In my case, mine was brought to my attention by a doctor, who was very angry at me lending my name to this," he said. "The thing that gets me is, why choose me? Why should I be the face of erectile dysfunction?"

The crew burst into laughter as a screenshot of the ad was shown on screen, the headline reading: "Over Two Decades Of A Happy Marriage Thanks To Eamonn Holmes Erectile Dysfunction Pills."

"No, we shouldn't be laughing," Ruth grinned before collapsing into laughter herself. "It is funny, though."

"It's no laughing matter, I have to say," Eamonn declared but couldn't help smiling himself as he asked for the article to be seen on screen again.

Pointing out to the stern woman on screen, he said: "Look how happy that woman looks! Yeah, another satisfied customer.

"So there you go. A lot of you say why does Ruth come to work with a smile on her face."

Ruth was in tears of laughter as Eamonn continued to joke: "So you think you have trouble…"

"Well I got chosen for diet pills!" she exclaimed.

Eamonn hit back: "But why would you look at me and think, 'Oh he'll be needing it. He'll be needing a pill or two!"
