Fears Love Island bosses won’t expose Islanders with explosive final week tasks

Love Island fans fear that the best challenges of the series won't return this year.

There are only six episode left this year, including the finale on Monday night, which doesn't leave much time for some of the most explosive moments of the series.

With action in the villa turning stale, viewers want to see the Islander's parents brought in to meet their new partners.

And they want a host of crying babies to cause chaos in the villa and expose the bad parents.

Show bosses will also need to fit in the couples' extravagant final dates before one pair takes home a share of £50k.

Love Island fans are calling on show bosses to make the last few episodes as exciting as possible.

One viewer said: "Can I just ask how we have 5 days left of Love Island and still no lie detector, no babies and no family?!"

"How the hell are they going to fit in the fake babies, lie detector test, parents coming in and final dates in less than a week," added another.

A third said: "Final week & we still haven’t even seen a preview for lie detector , the baby’s & the family’s coming in?????"

"Ok, so getting fed up of all the different heads turning now in the villa. It’s just stupid, I want to see the baby challenge, and the lie detector. Things need to get good, we’ve only got a week left," added a fourth.

It has been reported that the lie detector test has been scrapped this year in the wake of the cancellation of The Jeremy Kyle Show.

But meet the parents and the baby challenge are expected to return over the next few days.

Last year, Danny Dyer famously popped up on-screen to give daughter Dani's man Jack Fincham a good grilling.
