"I'm living each day as if it’s my last. I used to have to plan ahead. I used to have to plan holidays, had to plan the children's activities.

"Now I'm living every day like it's my last and I'm really enjoying that freedom of thinking.

But the star also opened up on her emotional past and admitted the trauma of her divorce has made her have problems with new romances.

She explained: "I'm straight talking. I am what I am. I'm pretty much what you see is what you get. And let's have fun.

"I think I've got issues with men. I keep running away. I'm like the runaway bride. I do six months on and then I run.

Lauren first rose to fame as one of the original cast members of The Real Housewives of Cheshire.
