One contestant got told off by Jeremy Clarkson on a recent episode of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. Jodie Cooke managed to get herself into the hot seat after winning the fastest finger with a correct answer in just 4.36 seconds. She began well, but host Jeremy lost his cool when she struggled to answer a military-themed question.

Jeremy asked the tricky question: “When referring to the UK elite military force, what does the letter “A” stand for in the initials SAS?”

Jodie seemed unsure when considering the answer options: authorised, athletic, air and ability.

She decided to use her phone A friend lifeline and called her step-dad Kevin for help.

“I think it’s air ability but I’m not 100%,” Kevin said after Jodie had read the question and answers out to him.

“No it’s either air or ability,” Jodie quickly clarified, rushing Kevin who replied: “Air.”

“You think it’s air? How sure are you?” Jodie pressed.

Kevin quickly told Jodie he was 50 percent sure of his answer before being timed out.

After Kevin’s time was up Jodie was still not confident of any answer, but said that “air” was her inkling.

Still not fully confident, Jodie decided to use another lifeline and asked Jeremy for help.

Jeremy came back at Jodie with a blunt response: “You’re asking me?”

“Right, here’s what I think. I think you should have spent some time researching me before you came out.

“I’ve presented, what, four military history documentaries,” the quiz host revealed.

“You didn’t know that did you?” Jeremy asked Jodie, who replied: “No.”

“It’s air,” Jeremy said impatiently. “And I’m 100% sure and that’s my final answer now let’s get on with it.”

He then officially revealed air was in fact the correct answer, but Jodie didn’t have much luck with the rest of her game.

She eventually got stuck on a question she wasn’t willing to risk it for.

Jodie elected to take home the money she had built up throughout the game, a total of £4,000.

“You’ve done really badly, but you’ve done four times better than anyone else,” Jeremy joked.

The previous two players on the episode had lost out and gone home with just £1,000.
