KARDASHIAN fans have slammed Kourtney over her 10-year-old daughter Penelope's "inappropriate" TikTok with her cousin North West.
Kourtney's daughter uploaded a new music video onto TikTok.
The short vid started with Penelope, 10, walking out of the garage.
The 10-year-old girl mouthed the lyrics to the Ellie Goulding song, Lights.
Kim Kardashian's daughter, North, nine – who was previously at Penelope's spa sleepover party – carried with her a bucket of water.
While sitting on the hood, Penelope started dousing the jeep with soap.

While her gal pal added more soap, North started playing around with the hose and sprayed water into the air.
While lying on the hood, Penelope started kicking her legs up and down.
The caption stated: "Car wash."
Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans were upset in an online thread as they slammed Penelope's mother in the comments section.

Recently, the Kardashians' personal chef shared photos of the tasty treats made for Penelope's special day.
The snapshots were of the heart-shaped mini grilled cheese sandwiches and a bowl of marinara sauce sitting next to the sandwiches.
Chef K then posted a shot of the table filled with flowers, cheeseburgers, and chicken nuggets.
