Married At First Sight viewers flocked to social media to share their upset after hearing of Amy's heartbreak.
The former glamour model broke down into tears as she revealed she had suffered the ultimate heartache before embarking on her journey to find true love with the help of E4's matchmakers.
She explained that she had become pregnant with twins, with one tragically passing away and she had to medically terminate the second child.
Amy, 34, also revealed that her fiancé had left her, leaving her completely heartbroken, adding that her dream was to find true love.
"Amy's story is really sad not gonna lie… #MAFS," wrote one.
Before a second added: "Oh my God, my heart is breaking for Amy #MAFSUK."

"Jesus Amy sounds like she’s lived a few lives in one lifetime. That's a massive amount of trauma," tweeted a third.

Ahead of her episode airing, Amy said: "With Married At First Sight UK, either I’m going to find the love of my life or I’m going to learn a really big lesson from it, which might lead me to the love of my life."
