Sam Thompsons next move revealed after winning Im A Celebrity
Sam Thompson's next move after being crowned King of the Jungle on I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! has been unveiled, with the Made in Chelsea set for stardom.
Sam, 31, won the 2023 series of the ITV show, beating both Tony Bellew and Nigel Farage in the final on Sunday, 10 December. He won over millions of TV viewers during his time in the Australian jungle thanks to his positive attitude and excitement at being on the ITV show.
It's no secret that winning I'm A Celebrity can bring huge success with past winners going on to land some incredible opportunities thanks to the show, and Sam has reportedly already been offered some big deals.
“Sam will easily bank a million in the next year thanks to the jungle," a source told The Sun. "Calls have already started to be made about opportunities for Sam — including his own TV series."
The source added: “There has also been a flurry of big money deals thrown his way. He has always been popular among younger people thanks to his reality TV past, but now he’s known and loved by millions.
"Winning I’m A Celebrity can do wonders for careers and Sam is certainly no exception.”
Sam found fame on Made in Chelsea in 2013 and appeared on the E4 show until 2021. He also competed on Celebrity Big Brother in 2017 and Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins in 2019.
He's appeared on Celebs Go Dating on several occasions and met best friend Pete Wicks on the E4 show, with the duo going on to launch a podcast together and become social media sensations thanks to their fun content.
It looks like it's not just I'm A Celeb winner Sam who has already started looking at his next steps, as UKIP founder Nigel, 59, is reportedly planning to utilise his newfound popularity.
Nigel, who came in third place, is allegedly set to make a political comeback in 2024. A source told The Sun: “Nigel has shown just how popular he is with the British public — and he will be utilising that."
They added: "He used the show to reveal a different side to himself and it’s clearly worked, as the public have voted for him in their thousands.
"Nigel has gained a lot of support from people who may not have liked him before — and that is perfect for when he makes his political comeback, which is likely to be at the start of next year.”
