As part of Movie Week, the couple danced an 101 Dalmatians themed American Smooth. Hollyoaks star Katie took to the stage dressed as Cruella De Vil while her partner Gorka was a dog.

Judge Craig Revel Horwood was particularly entertained by Gorka’s dalmatian costume. He said: “It really has made my night seeing you on all fours, darling.”

However, unable to impress the judges with their dance, Katie and Gorka found themselves in the bottom two for the second time.

The pair had been in the bottom two the previous week but were saved by Head Judge Shirley Ballas.

This time, the public vote resulted in Katie and Gorka going head-to-head with Loose Women’s Judi Love and her partner Graziano di Prima.

After both couples danced for their place in the competition, it was down to the judges to decide who stayed and who went.

Once again, Head Judge Shirley had the final say and she decided it would be Katie and Gorka going home.

Afterwards Katie said: “I am so happy I got to be Cruella and dance with this amazing guy. Thank you for being an amazing partner, we have laughed so much, and I get to walk away with an amazing friend. Thanks so much for teaching me in your funny ways.”

Gorka added: “I’ve loved the love that she has for the show. It isn’t just about someone who can dance, it is someone who wants to learn.”
