The star previously spoke about her love of meditation during a July episode of Kelly Ripa\u2019s SiriusXM podcast Let\u2019s Talk Off Camera.<\/p>\n
She revealed what happens when she doesn’t practice her technique, and it’s not good.<\/p>\n
The Frida actress said she starts having severe health issues.<\/p>\n
Hayek explained: “When I don\u2019t [meditate] for some time, guess what? Not only [does] the face starts to drop and everything starts to drop, [but also] my herniated disc, the problem in my neck, the problem in my hip, my ankles [comes back]. I start breaking down.”<\/p>\n
She also mentioned that she has even gotten to the point of her routine where she feels energy \u201cdancing\u201d through her body.<\/p>\n

Sometimes after meditating, people tell her: “Oh my God, you look 20 years old.”<\/p>\n
The Mexican-American also revealed she\u2019s never gotten Botox.<\/p>\n
Instead she relies on \u201cfrequency machines\u201d on top of her meditation.<\/p>\n
Hayek said: \u201cThe people that do the machines say that the results I get, they don\u2019t get with other people.”<\/p>\n
The Desperado star has never shied away from flaunting her incredible physique or even her greying hair.<\/p>\n
She celebrated her 57th birthday on September 2, wowing fans with a clip posted on Instagram.<\/p>\n

In the video, Hayek dances in a brightly-colored bikini and a shall while on vacation in Mexico and in her caption she spoke about transformation, though some think she hasn’t changed at all.<\/p>\n
The House of Gucci star captioned the post with: “Life is a series of phrases with beginnings and ends, that’s why sometimes it’s OK to feel like butterflies even if we let a part of us go.”<\/p>\n
Fans took to the comments section, stunned with Hayek’s “ageless” appearance.<\/p>\n
One of her fans wrote: “Must be nice being that freaking drop dead gorgeous,” while someone else jokingly asked: “What’s the secret to beating Father Time?”<\/p>\n
