The cheeky Instagram story pic, which edited in a red Santa hat onto Katie's head, read: \u201cBig Christmas Sale up to 75% off\u201d as the star hopes to rake in more paid subscribers to her adult only fan site ahead of the holidays.<\/p>\n
The mum-of-six left very little to the imagination as she posed with her arms up in the air. Katie, 45, recently sent fans into a frenzy after posting a video posted to Instagram in which she could be seen undergoing the cosmetic treatment without any numbing cream.<\/p>\n

She filmed the entire surgery and live streamed it all on social media as she got her already full lips topped up with a distinct cupid\u2019s bow. Adding to her major lip transformation, she got yet another bum lift to fill out her hip dips \u2013 months after her butt leaked on stage.<\/p>\n
