Whether it's Quality Street or Celebrations, it's acceptable to gorge on some choc all day long. Now as the festive season is upon us, the UK's favourite chocolate has been revealed.<\/p>\n

Between the firm favourites owned by Cadbury or Nestle, there are so many festive sweet tins to choose from. So which one would you say is your favourite?<\/p>\n

To find the answer, myvouchercodes.co.uk surveyed 2,000 people \u2013 and the results might just surprise you! According to the study, 21% of respondents voted Celebrations.<\/p>\n

Despite being sold since 1963, Quality Street narrowly missed out on the top spot with one-fifth of shoppers choosing it as their most loved chocolate.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile in third and fourth place, Cadbury's Heroes and Roses brought in 20% and 15% of the votes, respectively. The survey also found a small number of respondents who picked other non-traditional options.<\/p>\n

This includes Swiss chocolate Lindt, as well as Thorntons and Hotel Chocolat. Our favourite chocolates reportedly differ depending on our gender and age.<\/p>\n

In the research, men typically favoured Quality Street, while women preferred Celebrations. Taste also tends to vary by generation too.<\/p>\n
