Adele is feeling ‘stressed’ about Beyonce’s birthday concert dress code

Adele, 35, has expressed her concerns about Beyonce’s birthday concert dress code as the singer turns 42 today.
For Queen B’s concert in Los Angeles tonight, as part of her Renaissance World Tour, she has reportedly asked fans to dress up as “disco balls” to mark her special day.
Ahead of the event, Adele told the crowd at her Las Vegas gig on Saturday that she was not keen on the theme.
In a video shared on TikTok, she said: “I’m gonna go see Beyonce on Monday; I’m very excited.
“You know, I like to get dressed up every weekend, and obviously this is her birthday show.

“So I was like, ‘I’m not going in silver’. Like, I love my girl, but I ain’t wearing silver. I don’t even own silver, alright? So I’m just gonna wear like a black tracksuit/sweatsuit.”
Later into the concert however, Adele admitted she had a change of heart and did some last minute shopping for it.
Finding an outfit however wasn’t easy for singer, who is mostly seen in dark coloured gowns at her gigs.
She explained: “I was awake til like 3am the other night on Amazon buying, like, glitter ball clothes.
“She asked everyone to dress up, so I’m gonna look really cheap in like a disco ball.

Beyonce has worn a string of eye-grabbing silver outfits throughout her world tour, usually of a metallic theme.
She kicked off her ninth concert tour in Sweden back in May and has since travelled throughout Europe and most recently to America.
Last year, the singer celebrated her birthday at the Bel Air mansion, with Adele as part of the star-studded guestlist.
Minutes into her arrival, onlookers swiftly noticed a ring on her finger which sparked speculation she had married Rich Paul.
Despite fans’ hopes, Adele later confirmed they hadn’t tied the knot, but that she was very much in love with the American sports agent.
She told Elle Magazine in August 2022: “I’ve never been in love like this. I’m obsessed with him.
“I’m not married. I’m not married. I’m just in loooove! I’m happy as I’ll ever be.”
Adele and Rich got together following her divorce from husband Simon Konecki, who she shares son Angelo with.
