Al Pacino and girlfriend Noor Alfallah split months after welcoming baby
Oscar-winning actor Al Pacino and partner Noor Alfallah appear to have split up months after welcoming their baby into the world.
After a year-and-a-half together Alfallah, 29, has allegedly filed legal action for physical custody of their son. She is said to have started dating the 83-year-old during the Covid pandemic, says Page Six.
Their relationship only became public last April, reports The Mirror. It came after the couple went viral for photos taken of them eating at the same high-end Italian restaurant in Los Angeles.
They welcomed their first child, Roman Alfallah Pacino, who was born at Cedar’s Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles at 1.41am on June 6. The birth came after a whirlwind romance.

Exactly three months after Roman’s birth, Alfallah is said to have filed a petition to determine a parental relationship with the boy. In the US, this is the first step in establishing physical custody, something required for future child support payments.
The legal documents, obtained by Blast, indicate she will demand full pshyical custody of Roman. But Pacino will be given “reasonable visitation” and joint legal custody, which will allow him to be involved with decisions impacting Roman’s schooling, religion and healthcare.
There was also a one-page “voluntary declaration of parentage” signed by both, which essentially declared Pacino the biological father of the child. It was also signed by a third-party witness and the couple’s OB-GYN, Thais Aliabadi, who shot to fame after being featured as Khloé Kardashian’s gynecologist who helped deliver her baby on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.”
Film executive Alfallah is also calling for Pacino to pay for all legal fees and attorney costs. It will also determine how much child support is paid.

The first steps will see the court establishing how much income each parent has. The court can also “make orders for support of the children” and “issue an earnings assignment” without notifying either party, the document states, but it will likely just result from whatever request Alfallah makes.
“Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman,” Stan Rosenfeld, a representative for the Academy Award-winning actor, told The U.S. Sun.
It remains unclear what the cause of the split was. The couple was just seen out on the set of Bad Bunny’s new music video for “Where She Goes” about a week ago, and before that, had been seen on multiple dates together, going out for food.
Roman is Pacino’s fourth child, having had Julie Pacino, 33, with ex Jan Tarrant and twins Olivia and Anton, 22, with ex Beverly D’Angelo.
