David Walliams was warned about his behaviour as ex BGT judge sues show
Britain’s Got Talent’s ex-judge David Walliams was reportedly “warned” about his behaviour before disrespectful remarks he made about two contestants came to light.
David, 52, was allegedly forced to apologise for making the comments about an elderly contestant and a young woman who were auditioning.
He was heard calling one OAP a “c***” three times and said of another: “She thinks you want to f*** her, but you don’t,” whilst believing his microphone was off.
A BGT source has now told MailOnline: “What David said was completely unacceptable and he was warned of his behaviour.
“This whole writ is frankly bizarre – there are a number of claims in it which seem off-beat but there certainly wasn’t a contract ready to be signed and sealed.”

David has filed a High Court case against the production company that makes ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent, Fremantle Media.
In the documents, he reportedly claims they “recorded, transcribed and retained” private conversations for “10 years”.
It’s claimed the author feels like his “reputation and career” has suffered and is seeking up to £10 million after his derogatory comments and negative remarks about contestants were made public.
In high court documents, seen by The Guardian, the comedian’s lawyers claim Fremantle was “fully aware of the allegations” when it offered him a £1m contract to appear in the latest season of the show, and that it only withdrew the offer after his comments were published in the press. However, insiders have denied this according to MailOnline.
A source from Fremantle has since told the publication that judges knew their conversations were being recorded.

A Fremantle spokesperson told Express.co.uk: “We had a long and productive relationship with David and so are surprised and saddened by this legal action.
“For our part, we remain available and open to dialogue to resolve this matter amicably.
“However, in the interim, we will examine the various allegations and are prepared to robustly defend ourselves if necessary.”
