Holly Willoughby is reportedly under a round-the-clock police guard after learning of the alleged threat to kidnap the presenter.

The 42-year-old is said to be “distraught” over the suspected plot, according to reports.

Holly pulled out of hosting yesterday’s This Morning and was last night under police guard at her home.

According to The Sun, a 36-year-old man was arrested at a flat in Harlow, Essex, on Wednesday and has been placed in police custody.

A source told the publication: “Police are treating this as a credible conspiracy to kidnap Holly.”
