Kylie Jenner deletes Instagram post supporting Israel after backlash
Kris Jenner posts Happy Birthday video for Kylie Jenner
Kylie Jenner deleted an Instagram post supporting Israel after a Hamas attack killed hundreds.
Hamas militants fired rockets and sent dozens of fighters this weekend into Israeli towns near the Gaza Strip.
As a result, hundreds of people were killed with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declaring live on air: “We are at war”, adding: “the enemy will pay an unprecedented price”.
Kylie Jenner went on to share a photograph from the pro-Israle account Stand With Us which reads: “Now and always, we stand with the people of Israel”, and features an Israeli flag.
The 26-year-old deleted the Instagram Story within the hour but had already started receiving backlash from some of her 400 million followers.

One Instagram user wrote: “Don’t get involved in politics and say that you support Israel. Palestine has been suffering for ages.”
Another commented: “Are you even human if you are with zionists”, while others simply responded with the Palestine flag emoji.
There was also criticism on X, formerly known as Twitter, with a third joking: “Someone ask Kylie Jenner to point to Israel on the map”.
“It’s actually way worse that Kylie Jenner just deleted the Israel post,” was also said.
“It shows a lack of knowledge and care, she just posted it to be talked about.”

There were also questions on if this would cause problems with Jenner’s friendship with model Bella Hadid whose dad is Palestinian and is a supporter of Palestinian rights.
One asked: “Do these celebrities listen to each other when they talk.
“Like when Bella Hadid talks about Palestine and being Palestinian does Kylie Jenner know what that means?”
Whereas someone else speculated: “Kylie Jenner supporting Israel when her friend Bella Hadid is Palestinian is crazy.”
