Loose Women star Coleen Nolan addresses taking break from show
Loose Women fans noticed Coleen Nolan’s absence this week, but the star has now addressed taking a break from the show in a candid new video.
The 58-year-old ITV host took to Instagram yesterday to open up about her mental health struggles in view of her 345,000 followers.
Speaking to the camera in a black hoodie, the fresh-faced star revealed she felt it had been important to take some time out for herself.
She said: “Hi everyone. I’ve had a week off this week. I was getting a bit stressed [with] so many things happening.
“And I just thought, [it’s] very important for your mental health to just sometimes go, ‘I can’t do it this week,’ and that’s what I did,” she revealed.
