Loose Womens Denise Welch gets mistaken for huge Hollywood star twice a week
Denise Welch revealed she is often mistaken for Dame Judi Dench while on stage in London.
The TV presenter, 65, is currently on the road for the Loose Women Live: Tour and made the cheeky admission while on stage at the London Palladium on Monday night.
She was joined by her fellow ITV co-stars including Christine Lampard, 44, Brenda Edwards, 54, and Janet Street-Porter, 76.
Denise told the packed-out audience: “This must happen to me at least twice a week. The other thing is, who I get mistaken for.
“I’m sitting outside a bar in Soho having a coffee last year, and this guy comes up to me and he went, ‘You’re Judi Dench.’ I love Judi Dench but she’s 88.

“So my son on the phone went, ‘Oh my god mam, have you just been mistaken for Judi Dench?’.”
Loose Women are continuing their tour around the country and audiences get the chance to see their panel favourites including Linda Robson, Jane Moore, Charlene White and Kelle Bryan.
Denise took to the stage during Monday’s live show in a dazzling camisole and blazer while sporting her signature blonde haircut and bright red lipstick.
Christine wowed in a stunning deep rouge blazer suit as she wore her brunette tresses down past her shoulders while hosting the show.

Brenda looked equally fabulous in a blue sequinned top with a matching jacket and trousers, while Janet opted for a glittering gold jumpsuit.
The fun-filled show included surprise guest Alison Hammond who gave audiences an insight into some of her most prolific interviews with the likes of Ryan Gosling and Harrison Ford.
The tour has already enjoyed huge success, with dates in Nottingham on Thursday selling out and nearly all seats in Manchester and Glasgow being taken.
The live tour was announced back in April, with Loose Women Editor Sally Shelford unveiling the news and saying: “We’re delighted the show is hitting the road for the first time with Loose Women Live!
“Having a live audience is such an important part of Loose Women and we can’t wait to be able to bring the show directly to our viewers in this way.”
