Rebecca Loos believes what she is saying about Beckham affair, expert claims
Rebecca Loos says Beckham ‘never denied’ affair claims
Rebecca Loos reportedly “believes what she is saying” as she gave her first live interview since David Beckham’s Netflix documentary sparked renewed interest in her claims of an affair with him while she was his personal assistant.
Following her appearance on Good Morning Britain on Monday, a body language expert said the 46-year-old “came across confident” and appeared to be “speaking from the heart”.
Speaking on behalf of Slingo, body language expert Darren Stanton told Express.co.uk: “Rebecca Loos came across as a very confident and outgoing person on Good Morning Britain.
“In psychology, one of the first things I look for is a person’s baseline. Whilst analysing Rebecca, you can tell that she’s right-handed from the gestures she makes. The way the brain is set up, when a right-handed person looks up to the left, we call this eye accessing cues.
“It’s a major indicator if a person is accessing memory or what we call the left brain, which is abstract thoughts. One of them is for memory, while the other is to construct something that has not yet happened.

“One of the first indicators that Rebecca is being honest or believes what she’s saying is that her responses are coming instantly from memory.
“When someone is being deliberately deceptive during an interview, there will be unconscious breaks when they are looking for the answers. However, Rebecca appeared completely consistent throughout the chat. That tells me that in her heart she is totally believing what she’s saying.
“In terms of hand gestures and movements, they’re all consistent with what she’s saying. When a person is speaking from the heart and being truthful, they don’t have to think about what they’re doing with their hands and eyes because it’s all an unconscious process.
“Over and above, I believe she believes what she’s saying is truthful. Also, she’s coming over completely confident and consistent.”

After analysing historic footage of Rebecca, Mr Stanton says she has “remained very consistent” in the two decades since her allegations first came to light.
He concluded: “Her body language hasn’t changed. She’s still exhibiting the same gestures as she did nearly 20 years ago. This tells me that she believed what she was saying then, and she still believes what she’s saying now.”
David Beckham’s representative declined to comment when approached by Express.co.uk.
While speaking to Kate Garraway and Richard Madeley, Rebecca told the hosts: “I tried very hard to just let it go but it just really bothered me how he played the narrative and how misleading it is.
“Of course, I am also guilty, it takes two to tango. It’s not all his fault, it’s both of ours.”
When asked whether she was referring to David not admitting to the alleged infidelity, she replied: “He’s not denied it. He’s never denied it.
“He has said that my claims are ‘ludicrous’ – ludicrous is not denying, ludicrous can be truth.”
When Rebecca sold her story to the News of the World in 2004, David released a statement shutting down the claims and reiterating that he was “happily married” to Victoria.
He said: “During the past few months I have become accustomed to reading more and more ludicrous stories about my private life.
“The simple truth is that I am very happily married. I have a wonderful wife and two very special kids. There is nothing any third party can do to change these facts.”
