“The Voice” coach Reba McEntire attended her very first Grammy Awards in February 1986 in this ’80s-appropriate look. From the high-neck with lace to the bedazzling to the short sleeves and bold gold belt buckle, her blue-and-white dress, which paired perfectly with white pointy-toe pumps, was certainly memorable.

A champagne and violet frock was certainly a standout choice for Reba at the Academy of Country Music Awards in April 1992. The busy ballgown, with its bedazzled collar, puffed sleeves and mermaid-style sequined skirt, must have been a good luck charm: She won top female vocalist and video of the year for “Is There Life Out There” at the ceremony that year.

Sparkles and shoulder pads! Those are two of Reba McEntire’s go-to fashion staples. Combined with one of her go-to shades — blue — all united for one stunning gown on the red carpet at the People’s Choice Awards in March 1993.

Shiny orange satin! Reba McEntire embraced ruffles and a color combo usually reserved for Halloween in this shiny satin long-sleeved orange-and-black ballgown she wore to the 26th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards in April 1991, where she took home top female vocalist.

Gold, gold and… a little more gold! Reba McEntire (with then-hubby Narvel Blackstock) truly committed to the hue while on hand for the American Music Awards in January 1996. She matched her shiny gold pants to the lapels of her coat and even added matching gold boots to finish off her metallic moment.

Back in 2002, Reba McEntire was fresh off the debut of her new self-titled TV series.
