Diddy Accused of Raping, Trafficking 17-Year-Old Girl in New Lawsuit

A Jane Doe has accused Sean “Diddy” Combs, Bad Boy Entertainment president Harve Pierre and a third man of “gang raping” and trafficking her when she was 17 years old.

As per Rolling Stone, the alleged incident took place in 2003, inside a bathroom at Diddy’s studio in Manhattan after she was loaded with “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol” and trafficked across state lines. Doe, who was a high school student at the time, states that she was with a friend at a lounge in Detroit when Pierre approached her, chatted her up about Diddy (who was 34 years old at the time) and even called him so he could invite her to fly to New York on a private jet. The jet arrived at a New Jersey airport where an SUV drove Doe, Pierre and the third unnamed man to Diddy’s studio.

The teenager was allegedly given the drugs and alcohol while the three men made sexual advances toward her. As her intoxication worsened, she was “slipping in and out of consciousness” and was purportedly first raped by Diddy, followed by the unnamed man and then Pierre inside the bathroom. Doe begged the unnamed to stop the assault but was ignored, with Diddy supposedly watching the rape take place from outside the bathroom, while Pierre allegedly also “violently [forced] her to give him oral sex.”

“Ms. Doe remembers that Mr. Pierre was sweaty and that she had difficulty breathing,” the lawsuit read. “When Mr. Pierre finished, he left Ms. Doe in the bathroom alone. Ms. Doe fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor. Her vagina was in pain.” When Doe was finally able to get up and walk with some help, she was flown back to Michigan. Her recollection of this flight is “very limited” and “only remembers being in her car sometime early in the morning.”

The suit obtained by Rolling Stone consisted of several colored photos supposedly shot in Diddy’s studio, including one that sees Doe sitting on Diddy’s lap. It also accused that Diddy and his associates regularly spent time in Detroit, and that he has connections with the Black Mafia Family, which is described as “a drug trafficking and money laundering operation that is rumored to have seeded Bad Boy.”

Doe is the fourth woman to accuse Diddy of sexual assault in a span of three weeks, with her suit filed by attorney Douglas H. Wigdor — the same lawyer who represented Cassie in a similar case she filed against Diddy in mid-November. Widgor stated that the three accused men “preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved plying her with alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City where she was gang raped,” adding that “the depravity of these abhorrent acts has, not surprisingly, scarred Doe for life.” Doe has supposedly suffered “monetary damages, physical injury, pain and suffering, and serious psychological and emotional distress, entitling her to an award of compensatory and punitive damages.”

Diddy denied the allegations and posted a statement on social media, accusing the plaintiffs of attempting to “assassinate” his character and “destroy” his “reputation and legacy” for “a quick payday.” He continued, “Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth.”
