Rare Audemars Piguet Royal Oak UAE Limited-Edition Surfaces for Sale

A rare example of the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak UAE limited edition has surfaced for sale via Diamond Watches London (DWL), the only watch of the 75 total pieces to be for sale on the open market at the time of writing.

The watch, like other Royal Oak’s maintains its heritage and timeless design, created by Gerald Genta in 1972, where the UAE Edition ref. 26613ST differs, however, is its vibrant turquoise dial — inspired by the Yas Marina F1 Grand Prix circuit in Abu Dhabi.

Other notable design elements include AP’s signature “Grande Tappisserie” textured pattern, its perpetual calendar and a trio of subdials. All numerals and lettering are painted in white, allowing them to pop against the contrasting turquoise.

Originally released in 2020, the Royal Oak UAE limited edition was made available to VIPs in the region and designed to showcase the brand’s commitment to the country.

DWL’s Danny Shahid shared “The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak revolutionised the luxury watch market. Singlehandedly creating the stainless steel sports watch trend and popularising integrated bracelets, special editions of this iconic variant tend to attract the attention of even the most seasoned watch collectors. This limited edition Royal Oak UAE ref. 26613ST sold out before being officially released.”

Available once again through DWL, the price for the limited edition, which comes in a special turquoise box, is discoverable upon request via DWL’s official site or via its Mayfair, London location.
