We’ve watched our favorite reality stars’ lives unfold before our eyes, which means we’re also privy to any cosmetic enhancements they’ve made over the years. Join us as we round up the biggest and most dramatic reality TV star plastic surgery procedure transformations over the years…

In 2022, Khloe Kardashian revealed that a spot on her cheek she’d had for a year — she thought it was a pimple that wouldn’t heal — was actually melanoma, one of the deadliest forms of skin cancer. Famed plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher successfully excised it, but “because we had to remove a tumor from my cheek, I was Ieft with an indention,” Khloe explained on her Instagram Stories in September 2023. “I am definitely not complaining because I would rather have an indention than melanoma any day.”

She waited more than nine months to address it and, after getting her doctor’s approval, had filler injected into the indent to see if it would make a difference — and it did. “I look insane in these pics but I’m just so happy that my face is slowly coming back together ha! I don’t even know how else to word this,” Khloe captioned these before-and-after pics in September 2023.

On part 2 of the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” reunion special that aired in June 2021, Khloe Kardashian — seen here in 2007, the year “KUWTK” debuted — confirmed she’s undergone a rhinoplasty.

She made the confession when host Andy Cohen asked her which false claims annoy her the most. “Everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant,'” Khloe said. “But I’ve had one nose job — Dr. Raj Kanodia [did it] — and everyone gets so upset, like, ‘Why don’t I talk about it?'”

She shared more details about it in 2022…

Khloe Kardashian — seen here in November 2019 — told host Andy Cohen on the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” reunion special in June 2021 that she never previously revealed she’d had a nose job because “no one’s ever asked me,” she said. “You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections — not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”

Nearly a year later, Khloe revealed more details about the surgery in an ABC special that aired in April 2022. “My whole life I would say — I’ve always wanted my nose done, forever,” she told interviewer Robin Roberts. “But it’s in the middle of your face and it’s scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it.”

After the special aired, she told a fan on Twitter, “I got it a couple weeks before [my daughter] True’s first birthday [in early 2019]. Love it!” She also told another fan that the surgery “was a breeze. … It honestly was so easy for me. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.”

Yikes! The star of “Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List” took to Instagram in August 2023 to let fans know about her latest cosmetic procedure, which she had done a month earlier at Vale of Shadows brow and lash studio in Los Angeles.

“I got my LIPS TATTOOED!” Kathy captioned a video of herself chronicling her “blushing” procedure — a semi-permanent, tattooed makeup procedure that tints lips using a water-based ink.

The comedian shared two videos of herself undergoing the procedure — she wore a T-shirt featuring a photo of herself along with the words “officially un-cancelled” for the occasion — as well as before-and-after shots as she healed.

This is a pic of Kathy’s lips the day after she had the procedure. Keep reading to see her less than a week after the swelling went down…

Comedian and “My Life on the D-List” alum Kathy Griffin shared this photo of herself snapped nearly a week after she had her lips tattooed in a procedure called “blushing.”

“Healed and Gorgeous,” she captioned this pic in the second of two hilarious videos chronicling the cosmetic procedure.

Jax Taylor had already gone under the knife twice to fix his nose before joining the popular reality series “Vanderpump Rules” on Bravo. But he decided the third time might be the charm in 2015…

_

Jax Taylor’s third nose job was chronicled on the fourth season of “Vanderpump Rules,” during which he explained that he had surgery again to fix a bump on his nose. He’s long been open about his love of going under the knife to fix cosmetic issues, telling People magazine, “I embrace it.”

In August 2023, Jax told People more about his nose jobs. “The reason I’ve gotten so many is not because the doctor was terrible but because I’m an idiot and I didn’t listen to my doctor. I was filming at the time. I did everything that I wasn’t supposed to do,” he said. For example? “I was just starting to date [my now-wife] Brittany at the time. I think it was like her second or third time coming to visit me and you know, we had relations … or whatever, and she head-butted me by accident and it was like day two after my surgery and I was just like, ‘Oh my God!’ I was in serious pain. So that was part of one of the second nose jobs because I didn’t listen basically.” On top of that, “I walked into a window one time and that was from my third one, I think,” he said.

Keep reading to see what else he’s had done…

“Vanderpump Rules” alum Jax Taylor also gets Botox. “I’ll tap into Botox every four or five months. Just a little touch-up on my forehead,” he told People magazine in August 2023.

He also revealed that in May 2023, he tried something new — cosmetic dentistry — and loved the results. “My teeth weren’t the strongest anyway and I had silver fillings and all that,” Jax explained, so he got 10 upper and 10 lower porcelain veneers from Dr. Tyler Hales to straighten his teeth, fix chipping and discoloration and brighten and widen his smile. “It was like a two-week process because you get your temporaries and those last like a few days. … It’s basically you’re test-driving your teeth down for the weekend. You know, let everybody see them, feel what it’s like.” Jax — seen here a month later (peep his before-and-after pics here) loved the look so much, “I went back to get my real ones done a week later. … It’s life-changing. I definitely recommend it.”

Kylie Jenner has certainly transformed since she made her TV debut on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” in 2007… She’s seen here in 2012 at age 15 before she started making tweaks to her appearance.

In April 2023, she opened up about her decision to plump her lips during her later teen years: “I think a big misconception about me is that I’ve had so much surgery on my face and that I was some insecure person, and I really wasn’t!” she told Homme Girls. “Yeah, I love full lips and wanted full lips, but growing up I was always the most confident person in the room. I was the girl performing for everyone. I had my one lip insecurity thing, so I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I don’t regret it. But I always thought I was cute.”

Of course, there’s been speculation that she’s had other work done too — and sure enough, she later fessed up to undergoing another long-suspected enhancement: On a June 2023 episode of “The Kardashians,” Kylie finally admitted that she got her breasts augmented in 2017.

Keep reading to see her after the secret surgery and find out what she confessed about it… then keep reading to take a look back at the ways Kylie changed her appearance…

_

On a June 2023 episode of “The Kardashians,” Kylie Jenner admitted that she had breast augmentation surgery in 2017 (She’s seen here in 2018 several months after giving birth to her first child, Stormi Webster.) “I got my breasts done before Storm — within six months of having Stormi — not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. They were still healing [when I gave birth]. And I had beautiful breasts, natural … just gorgeous,” she said. “I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children.”

The reality star added that she would be “heartbroken” if Stormi “wanted to get her body done at 19” because “she’s the most beautiful thing ever.” Concluded the mother of two, who also shares son Aire with ex Travis Scott, “I want to be the best mom and best example for her. I wish I could be her and do it all differently because I wouldn’t touch anything.”

_

Though she originally denied having work done, Kylie Jenner eventually came clean about her puckered pout. “I have had temporary lip fillers,” she said on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” in 2015. “It’s just something that I wanted to do.”

_

For a short time, Kylie Jenner seemed to take a break from lip fillers. In 2018, she insisted to a fan, “I got rid of all my filler.” But that decision was apparently short-lived: Just a few months later, she took to her Instagram Story to thank a cosmetic dermatology clinic for a “lip touch up” while showing off her fuller lips — though they’re not as plump as they once were at the height of her filling days.

_

Kylie Jenner’s lips aren’t the only part of her that have been under a microscope. Her dramatically changing curves have also raised eyebrows. Here she is in 2013. Next up is Kylie in 2017, the year she had her breasts augmented…

_

Kylie Jenner showed off a very different physique in 2017 while posing sideways in this loud purple dress. When people speculated about the difference, Kylie had an interesting response: “You know, I used to be 120 [pounds]. I was really skinny. Now I’m pushing, like, 136. But it’s all right, I like the chunkiness,” she said on her official website at the time, claiming the major change came from simply gaining weight. Next see the star in 2019…

_

Kylie Jenner once again posed sideways at the August 2019 premiere of then-boyfriend Travis Scott’s documentary, “Travis Scott: Look Mom I Can Fly.” Earlier that same month, she caught flack on social media when people compared her dramatic backside to a full diaper. Although she’s never fessed up to having her derrière enhanced, she admitted in 2023 that she got her breasts augmented back in 2017.

_

Raquel Leviss (seen here in 2018) made her debut on “Vanderpump Rules” in 2016 — several years before she first went under the knife. Sadly, the former beauty queen wasn’t pleased with the results. “It didn’t turn out the way I exactly wanted it to. … The bridge goes a little bit to the right and the tip goes a little bit to the left. I can see that a little bit now,” she said on an episode of the Bravo show that aired just a month before she and James Kennedy called off their engagement in late 2021. (The timing prompted speculation that the procedure — to which the DJ was vocally opposed — played a role in their breakup.) Keep reading to see the results…

_

Raquel Leviss — who said on a late 2021 episode of “Vanderpump Rules” that she’s “always been a little insecure” about her nose — wasn’t pleased with the results of her rhinoplasty. “I absolutely hate my nose,” she said on her Instagram Story in mid-2022, adding that she loves Instagram filters because they present an “easy fix just to straighten that out.” Also helpful? “I can contour my nose really well with makeup,” she said. The “VPR” villain had much better luck with a different tweak to her face…

_

In March 2021, Raquel Leviss took to Instagram to share three pictures showing off her lips before and after “a little over half a syringe” of Restylane Kysse: a selfie from the day she decided to “treat myself to some luscious lips,” a selfie “taken immediately after” she got filler when her lips were “so swollen they look ridiculous,” and a selfie at least a month later “after the swelling went down.” Wrote the “Vanderpump Rules” villain, “I’m very happy with the natural results, which for me usually last a year. Looking back at my before [photo] now, I actually think I’m really cute without lip filler too. Sometimes in the moment, we just want what we don’t have.”

_

In May 2023, Bre Tiesi — who before starring on “Selling Sunset” made headlines for her romances with famous men including reality star Nick Hogan, NFL player Johnny Manziel, dancer (and J.Lo ex) Casper Smart and TV host Nick Cannon — opened up about all the plastic surgery and other cosmetic work she’s had done over the years. This is what she looked like in her late teens in 2010 when she was dating Hogan, the son of wrestler Hulk Hogan. Keep reading to learn what work she’s had done and see how her looks have changed over the years…

_

Bre Tiesi — seen here with former boyfriend Nick Hogan in 2011 when she was 20, not long after her first surgery — had the first of two breast augmentations done when she was still a teenager. “I got them done when I was really young,” she said on social media in 2022 as she was having a second boob job. “At that time I was like 100 pounds and now I’m like 130 pounds and I’m in my 30s so I filled out a lot, my body’s changed a lot so I wanted to balance out a little more.” According to Bre — a celebrity real estate agent who joined the cast of the Netflix reality series “Selling Sunset” in 2023 — “I’ve always just wanted to feel more feminine and everything to fit my body naturally looking, not like super overly enhanced. Growing up I was super fit and lean and skinny and I had no boobs whatsoever and I felt like I wasn’t ladylike and I just wanted some tatas.”

Bre Tiesi is seen here in May 2023 after having her second breast augmentation. The surgery was performed by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Garth Fisher.

In May 2023, “Selling Sunset” star Bre Tiesi — who’s long been open about going under the knife (she’s seen here in 2017) — opened up on Instagram about all the work she’s had done. “What haven’t I got done?” she told fans, admitting, “I am down to do anything and try anything. I have had my nose done. I have had my boobs done. I’ve done filler, I have done Botox. I’ve tried literally everything. Kybella, Morpheus, like I just did a CO2 laser. I’ve done a ton of lasers.” Added the former model, who shares a son with TV host Nick Cannon, “My best friend Chloe and I are like the guinea pig for anything you can do to fossilize and keep this forever.”

Lala Kent got breast implants from a Utah doctor many years ago and said she was unhappy with the results, as they were uneven. “He botched me so badly,” the “Vanderpump Rules” star told Zwivel in 2017 (the same year she’s pictured here). She finally had them redone in 2022 — a year after giving birth to her first child — to mark the release of the paperback edition of her book “Give Them Lala,” which came out in April 2022. “I want to celebrate. I’m going into surgery to have my [breasts] done,” she told the “Behind the Velvet Rope” podcast. “I’ll be down for a little bit, but the second that I’m up and at ’em, I will be taking my new boobs out to celebrate my national bestseller book.” See the results next…

_

“Vanderpump Rules” star Lala Kent had surgery in June 2022 and debuted the results of her breast augmentation a month later in a red, white and blue bikini top in a selfie shared by co-star Scheana Shay. “I’ve wanted them redone for a while, and then when I was pregnant [with my daughter Ocean Emmett, who was born in 2021], oh my gosh, they were so huge and amazing!” Lala told the “Behind the Velvet Rope” podcast. “Other moms told me, ‘That baby’s gonna suck the life outta them.'” Lala said that while she thought her post-baby chest was “cute,” things “[sat] a little differently” post-partum and post-breastfeeding. “I’m just ready to get them up there, maybe a little bigger. I’m gonna get my groove back,” she added. In a post-op video she shared on Instagram, Lala revealed she also had “my sweet left ear … pinned back” while she was under. A few weeks later, she took to Instagram to reveal she was treating herself to injectables too. “Y’all know when I get something done I’m completely transparent about it. I got a little Botox, filler on the right side of my jaw area to make it more symmetrical with my left side, &… LIPS!” she captioned the clip. She wasn’t done there…

_

In December 2022, “Vanderpump Rules” star Lala Kent posted a video of herself on her Instagram Story after she had a procedure done on her face. “Today was the last day of work, I have down time (this procedure doesn’t have much anyway), so I got PRF — Micro-needling. They draw your blood, separate the platelets, then put the platelets on your skin and micro-needle it in,” she explained in a caption. “The reasoning: helps with scarring, skin texture, plumping, the list of benefits goes on. I haven’t done this since before the pandemic. I also had them inject remaining platelets under my eyes. I like doing that more than injecting filler into the tear trough.”

Before she appeared on “Vanderpump Rules,” Stassi Schroeder competed on “The Amazing Race” as a teen. The Bravo alum looks different now — and it’s not just her hair color…

_

Stassi Schroeder has spoken openly about her plastic surgery past. The “Vanderpump Rules” alum told Daily Mail Australia, “I’ve always been really open. Even when I got a chin implant when I was 18 years old, and anyone who asked me, I would tell them. I don’t like when people put on this facade and they’re perfect in every photo. Then the rest of us look at it and feel badly about ourselves.” Stassi — who also admitted to having a breast lift and reduction in 2015 — has said that if she has any more work done, she’ll be sharing! “I’m all about plastic surgery or Botox and fillers, but be open about it, because there’s nothing to be ashamed of,” she said.

_

“Vanderpump Rules” alum Brittany Cartwright decided it was time to tweak her face in April 2018…

_

Brittany Cartwright debuted a much slimmer face and admitted to getting Kybella facial injections to minimize her “double chin” in April 2018. The “Vanderpump Rules” star previously got a boob job in 2016 after then-boyfriend, now-husband Jax Taylor convinced her to go for it.

Jennifer Fessler joined the cast of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” for season 13 in 2023. But before the show company CEO made her big debut, she underwent three plastic surgery procedures — a deep plane facelift, a neck lift and a nose job, she revealed on social media. “54 yo #rhonj cast member (2023) @jennfessler sent me this picture one day after #deepplanefacelift & #rhinoplasty. #platysmaplasty was also done as part of her neck lift,” her surgeon, Dr. Sam Rizk, captioned these before-and-after photos in February 2023.

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Jennifer Fessler — seen here in March 2023 after having a face lift, a neck lift and a nose job — gushed about her results on social media. “I cannot believe what this magician has done for my face and for my self-esteem!” she wrote, adding that choosing Dr. Sam Rizk as her surgeon was “one of the best decisions” she’s ever made. “Obsessed with Dr. Rizk, his team and MY FACE! Thank you doesn’t even cover it!!!”

When Melissa Gorga joined the cast of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” in 2011, her face — seen here in 2010 — looked quite a bit different than it does today…

_

After rumblings that she’d made a major change to her face, Melissa Gorga — seen here in 2022 — finally came clean in the fall of 2016. “Let’s be honest, it’s the worst kept secret that I’ve had a nose job,” Melissa confessed, confirming what fans had assumed for years.

In May 2021, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Jennifer Aydin underwent a rhinoplasty and chin implant surgery in her family’s native Turkey. Though she initially liked the tweaks made to her nose, it didn’t last… and a few months after going under the knife, she admitted she was struggling to accept the way her new chin looked. Keep reading to see what she looked like after she healed — and after she had her chin implant removed eight months later… then read the savage comment Jennifer’s daughter made about mom’s plastic surgery…

Jennifer Aydin is seen on the left on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” in 2019 — the same year her plastic surgeon husband, Dr. Bill Aydin, gave her a breast reduction and lift and performed liposuction. She’s seen in the center in October 2021 — five months after she had a nose job and a chin implant inserted while going under the knife in Turkey. She liked her nose at first but later changed her mind. After a castmate called her rhinoplasty “terrible” in an episode that aired in February 2022, Jennifer took to Instagram to admit her own true feelings. “I was not happy with my nose job either. When you get plastic surgery, even though you know it’s a risk, you assume that you’re going to be happy with the results, which I wasn’t,” she wrote, adding that though the nose job has “since settled in nicely … I do regret it.” She added, “What can I do? I just have to make the best of it and keep pushing forward … I’m officially done with surgeries!”

But she ultimately decided her chin surgery was a mistake she needed to correct. “If two out of my three siblings have chin implants and then two doctors are telling me I need a chin implant, I think I’m going to get a chin implant,” she told Page Six. “But you know what? I don’t think I needed a chin implant.” She had it removed in January 2022 — her post-op bandage can be seen in the photo on the right.

On a February 2023 episode of “RHONJ,” Jennifer’s 9-year-old daughter Olivia made a savage remark about the reality star’s rhinoplasty, saying she was afraid to fall while riding her bike because she didn’t want to “risk my beautiful nose that’s actually natural,” which left Jennifer looking stunned and insulted, The Sun reported.

“Teen Mom OG” and “Dancing With the Stars” alum Bristol Palin — who came to fame as a pregnant teen when her mom, former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, ran for vice president — gave birth to children in 2008, 2015 and 2017. After having her last child with now-ex-husband Dakota Meyer, Bristol (seen here in 2012) quietly went under the knife — and in January 2023, she revealed she’d just undergone her ninth breast reconstruction surgery. Keep reading for details and photos…

_

In November 2022, “The Real Housewives of New York City” alum Bethenny Frankel took to Instagram to tell fans she’s “seriously considering” having more plastic surgery procedures. “I owe it to you to be totally transparent with you,” she said, confirming she’s previously had Botox in her jaw to relax tense muscles, tried filler “once” and had a breast lift “15 years ago,” Page Six reported. Bethenny said she “will eventually” have some work done but “I want to look like myself. I just want a little help along the way. Many of you will judge me, and that’s OK, as long as I’m being honest with you. You can disagree with my decision. But you will not judge me for lying because I won’t lie to you.” Bethenny is seen here in 2013 before she had Botox in her jaw. Keep reading to find out more about why she did it and to see how it changed the way she looks…

_

Bethenny Frankel started having Botox injections in her jaw in 2013, which made her look totally “different,” she told DailyMail.com in 2016 (the year she’s pictured here). “You can see that my jaw has completely changed” to look noticeably relaxed, she said. The former Bravo star explained that she started having the injections on the advice of her doctor because she’d been grinding her teeth since her 20s, which had turned her jaw into what she described as a closed fist. “It’s like a muscle, it’s like working out with weights,” she said of her “tense,” built-up old jawline.

_

In December 2022, “Flip or Flop” and “Christina On the Coast” star Christina Hall took to her Instagram Story to share photos of her most recent experience with getting filler in her face — then having it dissolved. “I know. It’s a scary photo. In April I had a reaction to under eye filler. Super swollen and it wouldn’t go down with time,” she captioned the pic on the left. The selfie on the right shows what it looked like after she undid it: “After dissolving with hyaluronidase and ultra sound frequency treatments to remove all the filler. Never again,” she captioned the image. On the same day, the HGTV star opened up about other issues she was experiencing, speculating they were perhaps due to her breast implants. “Been super exhausted lately so on a kick to get back into my body. I’ve had some unexplained health stuff for years and now I’m considering the thought that this could be Breast implant related. Does anyone else have any experience with this subject? I’m curious on all the ladies take on this,” she wrote on Dec. 17, adding, “Some of my issues include: Inflammation, autoimmune issues (Hashimoto’s disease, PCOS, Raynaud’s syndrome), unexplained skin rashes, joint and muscle pain, dry eyes, GI issues, SIBO, acid reflux, brain fog, hormone imbalances, swollen lymph nodes and adrenal fatigue. I test positive for ANA. I’m gluten free and mostly dairy free. I had all my under eye filler dissolved as it was causing an inflammatory reaction as well. For now just working on detoxing and positive mind set.”

The world fell in love with Ozzy Osbourne, wife Sharon Osbourne and kids Jack and Kelly on their wacky reality series “The Osbournes,” which debuted on MTV in 2002 and was one of the first to give unprecedented access into a celebrity’s home. Sharon is see here the same year it debuted, and she’d already gone under the knife. In her 2013 book “Unbreakable,” Sharon fessed up to past procedures, writing, “There’s not much I haven’t had tweaked, stretched, peeled, lasered, veneered, enhanced or removed altogether.” She swore off plastic surgery the year prior, but it wouldn’t last long…

_

Sharon Osbourne had a face lift in 2019 and debuted the results on her talk show, “The Talk,” five weeks after undergoing surgery, then hit the 2019 Primetime Emmys red carpet a few days later (seen here). She also opened up about the surgery on her show, explaining, “I had my neck done, my jowls… [My surgeon] kind of pulled it from the top of my head and put an elastic band in it.” That wasn’t her last time going under the knife…

_

Sharon Osbourne opened up about her most recent plastic surgery in April 2022, telling London’s The Sunday Times, “I had a full facelift done in October [2021] and I looked like one of those f****** mummies that they wrap [with bandages]… It hurt like hell. You have no idea.” She said the surgery took five and a half hours and left her looking “horrendous,” revealing, “One eye was different to the other. I looked like a f****** Cyclops. I’m, like, ‘All I need is a hunchback.'” Fortunately, after a few months, things settled. She’s seen here six months later, in April 2022. It’s believed to be her fifth face lift.

In April 2023, Sharon admitted she’s learned her lesson and insisted she’s done going under the knife. “That [last] one put me off and it frightens me,” she told The Sun. “I really f****** pushed it with the last facelift and I am now like, no more. Time is against me, I cannot have another facelift.”

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” alum Meghan King took to her Instagram Story in September 2022 to reveal she had “a boob job and a nose job roughly a month ago.” In January 2023, she posted fresh before-and-after photos…

_

This is what Meghan King’s nose looked like in April 2022 — about five months before she had a nose job. See it after…

_

Meghan King showed off her new nose following her 2022 rhinoplasty — on Sept. 8 (one week post-op) and Sept. 30 (three weeks post-op) on her Instagram Story. In other Sept. 30 Instagram Story posts, her plastic surgeon, Dr. Michael Niccole at CosmetiCare in Newport Beach, California, explained the work he did. “I narrowed [the bridge of her nose], I made the tip more delicate and I brought the angle up a little,” he said. Though Meghan is happy with her nose now, she admitted she was horrified at first. “When he took off that bandage [after a week], my nose was wider than it was originally,” she said, noting that after a few hours, the swelling went down significantly.

_

In July 2022, former “The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Meghan King revealed plans to have plastic surgery, writing in an Instagram selfie bikini post, “New [breasts] coming soon! Ten years and three babies and mommy wants to see a [plastic surgeon].” A few months later, she did it…

_

Meghan King posted this “after” selfie on Instagram on Jan. 18, 2023, to show fans the results of the breast enhancement surgery she had about five months earlier. The mom of three explained that she “wanted the fullness in my breasts back and a little cleavage,” adding that because “my chest is so wide so it always made me feel masculine on the outside but I felt so feminine on the inside,” which is why she decided to go for it and get new implants. According to her plastic surgeon, Dr. Michael Niccole at CosmetiCare in Newport Beach, California, “We freed up the muscle so I could bring in the implants and then I sewed the implants on the sides so we can get more cleavage.” In August 2022, Meghan opened up on her blog about all her plastic surgery, sharing details about the first set of implants she got 10 years earlier — which took her from a B to a DD — following her first divorce.

In August 2022, “The Hills” and “Very Cavallari” alum Kristin Cavallari confessed in an Instagram Story Q&A with followers that she had a breast lift after welcoming three kids with ex-husband Jay Cutler. “Are your boobs real? They look amazing! (Jealous mom of 2 here),” a fan asked the Uncommon James designer, who’s seen here in late 2016 almost a year after welcoming her last child. Kristin Cavallari — seen here in 2022 — admitted to her fans in August 2022 alongside a photo of herself in a bikini, “Gonna keep it real with y’all: got a lift after breast feeding all 3 kids.” The former MTV reality star also opened up in her Instagram Story Q&A about her feelings about Botox and fillers. “It’s not for me (or maybe I should say, I’ve never done it). But I’ve seen it look amazing on some people.” Her concern, she explained, “is that we don’t know the long term effects of it (and I don’t mean like 5-10 years, I mean like 20 years) and I think your face is a muscle, so we need to work it out the same way we would any other muscle.” She added, “I’m super animated so I need my face to move and honestly, my lines don’t bother me.”

_

Many years ago, former “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Brandi Glanville said, “I don’t believe in liposuction.” But in 2020, the “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” star told fans on social media, “Ok, so I’ve changed my mind… suck it all out.” On a July 2022 episode of “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen,” Brandi (seen here in 2020) revealed she’d had lipo on her FUPA — fatty upper pubic area.

On a July 2022 episode of “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen,” Brandi Glanville confessed to her latest procedure, as reported by Page Six: “I had a little laser liposuction on my FUPA [fat upper pubic area] because everyone was saying, ‘Are you pregnant?'” Brandi revealed, adding that she “constantly” faced insensitive questions so finally decided, “You know what? I’m gonna gift myself. So I have a garment on that I can barely breathe in, but I’m here.” (She’s pictured here the night she did the interview.) She’s previously been open about other plastic surgery procedures she’s had including facial fillers, Botox, a breast augmentation and a vaginal rejuvenation.

_

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards fessed up to having breast reduction surgery after Andy Cohen inadvertently outed her on a June 2022 episode of “Watch What Happens Live.” “How’s the breast reduction working out?” Andy asked Kyle, who replied, “Oh thank you for letting everyone know, Andy.” He was mortified, noting, “I thought you’ve talked about it,” but she explained she had only told him privately. Kyle — seen here in March 2022, a few months before the surgery, went on to own it…

_

Kyle Richards told Andy Cohen on a June 2022 episode of “Watch What Happens Live” that she’d undergone reduction surgery on her natural DD breasts three weeks earlier and gave her doctor two directives: “I still don’t have an implant but I went in and I said, ‘I want smaller boobs and I don’t ever want to wear a bra ever again in my life,'” she said. “And here I am.” Kyle — seen here at the MTV Movie & TV Awards: UNSCRIPTED event in June 2022 just days after going under the knife — explained that her breasts didn’t look much smaller yet because she was still swollen from surgery. Kyle’s also been open about her other plastic surgery procedures…

In October 2020, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards took to her Instagram Stories to share that she’d undergone a rhinoplasty several weeks earlier. “Since so many of you were speculating what I did or did not do to my face … here is your answer. I fixed my nose,” she captioned a selfie, further explaining, “I broke [my nose] last September and the bone poking out bothered me. So I fixed the bone, fixed my breathing problems and refined the top.” Kyle said she wasn’t trying to hide anything. “I will always tell you guys the truth,” she added. Kyle’s also had work done on her mouth…

_

Years earlier, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards (seen here in 2008) changed up her smile from this…

_

…to this. Yup, Kyle Richards got a bag and fixed her teeth (shoutout to Cardi B!). The Bravo star explained her new smile in a March 2018 Instagram post. “My teeth were fine. They were just small and didn’t really show when I smiled. Plus they started crowding. Invisalign wasn’t working for me because I wouldn’t wear them 22 hours a day and [they] were uncomfortable. I had never wanted to have my teeth done because I was under the impression you had to ‘shave’ your teeth way down. After meeting with @doctorapa I found out that wasn’t the case. That’s when I decided to go for it,” she wrote. “I’m really happy that my smile now matches my mood.”

In May 2022, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Teddi Mellencamp underwent a neck lift performed by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Sarmela Sunder. “I have always been comfortable with my neck in the front. It’s the side profile that has always made me feel insecure,” Teddi — who shared these before-and-after photos she took herself on her Instagram Story — told her followers. She said she wanted to be “100% transparent” about having work done. “This doesn’t mean I don’t love the skin I’m in but this is something that has bothered me since I was a young girl, it’s a deep dark insecurity that I have and I am just gonna do something about it,” she explained. They deflated after breastfeeding and weight loss so they added 210 cc implants.”

_

“Beverly Hills, 90201” actress-turned-reality TV star Tori Spelling (pictured here in 1997) underwent a breast augmentation (she’s also copped to a nose job) as a young woman and told “Good Morning America” in 2011 that she had some regrets. “Well I got my boobs done in my early 20s and if I had known it would or could possibly have impacted production of milk, I would never have had them done,” said the actress, who’s now a mother of five. A decade later, she revealed plans for more surgery. “After needing to for many years I’m finally addressing my expired and recalled implants,” she wrote on her Instagram Story alongside a photo of herself at a plastic surgeon’s office in November 2021…

_

In December 2021, Tori Spelling (seen here in 2019) told SiriusXM’s “Jeff Lewis Live” that she would be going under the knife at the end of February 2022 to replace her breast implants — which are more than 20 years old — with a pair that are “a little bit bigger.” A few weeks before her surgery, Tori told E! News that for years, she put off replacement surgery because she thought of it as elective and cosmetic, but that her teenage daughter Stella convinced her to stop stalling. “I got them when I was really young. And I didn’t know that at a certain point they would have an expiration. I didn’t know that you would have to do it again,” she said. “It really hit home for me when my daughter came to me and she’s like, ‘Mom, I’m concerned. You have put this off. You told me for years now that you need to get your boobs redone.'” Tori finally decided to move forward for “health reasons,” explaining, “there’s scar tissue buildup, [keeping the old ones in] puts you out there for having long term things go wrong in your body.”

As for her mom, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” OG Teresa Giudice…

_

In November 2021, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice revealed that she “feels better” about herself after quietly getting a nose job earlier in the year after years of feeling like she had a “tomato nose” with a tip she felt was too round. “I got a nose job — the tip of it — and I used Dr. Tobias in Englewood [in New Jersey, who also did daughter Gia’s nose a year earlier]. He was amazing. … I was so nervous about getting it,” she shared during an appearance as the keynote speaker at the New Jersey Ultimate Women’s Expo, as reported by The Sun. Keep reading to see how she looked after…

_

Teresa Giudice said she has no regrets about getting the tip of her nose altered to be less round in 2021. “I asked [my now-fiancé, Louie [Ruelas], I’m like, ‘Babe, should I get my nose done?’ And he’s like, ‘Is it going to make you feel better?’ And I said, ‘Yes.’ So he said, ‘Do it,'” Teresa said during a November 2021 appearance as the keynote speaker at the New Jersey Ultimate Women’s Expo, as reported by The Sun. Of course that’s not the only plastic surgery she’s had…

_

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice long ago admitted that she’d had a breast augmentation done, but she went under the knife for the same procedure 10 years later…

_

In January 2020, Teresa Giudice opened up on Instagram about getting her breasts redone. She not only thanked her plastic surgeon, Dr. Aviva Preminger, but encouraged others to take steps to boost their confidence, writing: “I was very nervous to re-do my breasts, but I felt it was necessary for me to feel like my best self. I encourage anyone who doesn’t feel their best self to work on feeling better.” In the post, she neglected to mention that she’d also upgraded her implants in the summer of 2018, though she turned to a different surgeon for that procedure. “I just got my breasts redone. Remember season 1 [of ‘RHONJ’] when I had my breasts done? So I just changed out my implants and the doctor is here, his name is Dr. [Barry] DiBernardo,” Teresa told the crowd at the New Jersey Ultimate Women’s Expo in October 2018, Radar Online reported.

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne looked beautiful, yet different, during her singing days in 2007.

_

Erika Jayne has admitted to getting a nose job at 41 and to spending over $40K a month on her beauty routine! “If you want to look good — it’s hair, it’s makeup, it’s wardrobe, and then those people that help facilitate that… they’re not cheap,” Erika (seen here in 2017) said on “The Wendy Williams Show.” (Obviously her spending habits have changed in the wake of her divorce filing and 2021 financial scandal.) She later shared on “Watch What Happens Live” that “It was the same face, just a different nose,” in reference to a throwback photo of herself.

_

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” alum Jo De La Rosa took to social media in August 2021 to reveal that she’d undergone some surgical tweaks in recent months. “You know your girl believes in loving yourself and the way you look but I’m also a big believer of treating yourself to a little glow-up if you feel like you want to do it for you,” she wrote on Instagram alongside this “before” photo. “I turned 40 last year and I’d been feeling like my under eyes were more sunken than ever and I had a dip in my nose I’d been wanting to fix for years. Also, YouTube cameras are NOT forgiving! I finally treated myself to improving both of those things with Dr. Niccole and @cosmeticare_ who PS. has been my doctor since I was 23 for all things glow-up!”

_

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” alum Jo De La Rosa took to Instagram in August 2021 to share this “after” photo taken a few months after she had surgery on her nose and under her eyes. “Earlier this year, I made a big decision to get a little face refresh for my birthday so today, I’m sharing ‘My Plastic Surgery Journey’ on my YouTube channel so you can see everything I went through!” she explained. In the YouTube video, Jo explained that her doctor, Michael Niccole at CosmetiCare in Newport Beach, California, took fat from her stomach and injected it under her eyes to smooth things out. She also showed him a photo of Blake Lively — her “nose inspiration” — as they spoke about refining her nose to improve a divot that had emerged over the years following a previous nose job she had at 23 to remove a bump. “It’s been about 6 months now since I got my nose + my under eyes done and I’m so happy with my results!” Jo wrote.

_

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss doesn’t want to be secretive about her plastic surgery procedures. On the first episode of her new YouTube series, “Body Work,” which debuted on Aug. 15, 2021, she opened up about some of the work she’s had done — including undergoing liposuction, a tummy tuck after the birth of her second child, breast implant surgery and, more recently in 2021, breast reduction surgery. She explained that she wants to “be real with the people” about the types of body work that celebrities — including herself — often have done but don’t always talk about. Keep reading to see the results of her reduction surgery…

_

Kandi Burruss chose Dr. Chad Deal to do her breast reduction surgery in 2021. “I went to a doctor and he did a little, he cut a chunk off of each one of them, OK? I’m just gonna keep it 100 with you,” the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and singer-songwriter said on her “Body Work” YouTube series in August 2021, which shows her visit to the plastic surgeon. “I want ’em to be small and perky. I want to be able to wear some strapless, backless dresses for the summertime where I don’t need no bra and them bad boys still sit up and they dont be lookin’ like, all raunchy,” Kandi explained of the “after” look she desired — seen here on “Part 1” of her YouTube project.

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Marlo Hampton underwent hair transplant surgery on Aug. 12, 2021, then got on Instagram Live to share the news — and give fans a look at the initial after-effects — days later. “I had a hair transplant, you guys. So all the fluid and everything from my head just went to my face. In a couple of days, it should be going down,” explained Marlo, whose wig line was featured on “RHOA.” “The doctor said in six to 12 weeks that my edges are gonna grow so full, and then they’re gonna fall out. Then they’ll grow back,” she explained, as reported by BET.com, and in three months, according to her doctor, the results will be like, “wow.” Marlo added that the surgery cost thousands of dollars but that “I feel it was so worth it.”

_

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Emily Simpson had been getting fillers in her face for about eight years when she decided to stop. “I haven’t had any fillers done for at least a year or more,” she told People magazine in August 2021. “I believe the filler had migrated on my face and there was too much right underneath my eyes. It gave me what I call ‘The Cabbage Patch Kid’ look which made me lose my eyes. The area directly under my eyes was too puffy.” So over the summer of 2021, before a new season of her show began, she visited Orange County, California, M.D. Jennifer Armstrong to see if she could dissolve the build-up…

_

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Emily Simpson’s doctor, Jennifer Armstrong, injected areas of her face with a solution to dissolve some of her fillers. “Beautiful Emily Simpson from #rhoc came in looking for some advice. I explained that sometimes people put too much #filler in their #face which can actually age them and make them look heavier,” the doctor explained on Instagram, adding that she dissolved filler “to bring back her natural features.” However, the doctor added, “after dissolving sometimes you need to add back a little filler in the right places,” so she did.

She said she “WORKED MY A** OFF” to get in shape after previously weighing 167 pounds before slimming down to 118 — her weight in July 2021.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s eldest daughter, “Don’t Be Tardy” alum Brielle Biermann — seen here in a 2014 selfie — also followed in her mom’s footsteps…

_

“Don’t Be Tardy” alum Brielle Biermann took on critics who attacked her for inflating her lips in 2018. “To those who say I look better before lips… you’re a liar…” she said. Brielle’s long been unapologetic about her affinity for fillers. “Going to get my duck lips plumped up some more!! C ya!” she tweeted in March 2018. Less than two years later, she’d changed her tune…

_

In January 2020, Brielle Biermann posted this selfie on her Instagram Story after she began a process to dissolve her lip fillers. She also shared on Instagram, “Dissolved my lips yesterday…gonna look like 18 year old Brielle again soon. 2020 new year new me!”

Kim Zolciak-Biermann revealed she had a tummy tuck as well as work done on her breasts in 2014. “I had a boob job and I’ve had a hernia fixed,” she told E! News in 2016. “I had a pretty big hernia from the twins, so I said just do a tummy tuck, which is kinda the same thing, just make the skin really tight. But that doesn’t change my size. I’m the same size I was the day I walked into surgery, I’m just a little bit tighter-looking.”

_

Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s daughter, Brielle Biermann, revealed in May 2018 that her mom also gets fillers in her ears. “My mom gets filler in her ears because her diamond earrings are too heavy….. #richpeopleproblems,” Brielle wrote on Twitter.

“Flipping Out” alum Jeff Lewis underwent a cosmetic eye surgery procedure in May 2021. “It’s fat repositioning,” he explained on his SiriusXM radio show, “Jeff Lewis Live,” as reported by People magazine. “This is kind of a cutting-edge procedure. Normally, they’ll suck out the fat, but this doesn’t require folding of the skin or stitching or pulling. They go inside my eyelid but it doesn’t change the shape of your eye.” The surgery aims to move the fat where dark circles usually appear to the under-eye contour to make that area look fuller. “I should just look rested,” Jeff explained of the results he was expecting. “It’s not like a huge, big difference.” He shared these before-and-after photos on his Instagram Stories a few weeks post-op in June.

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Shannon Beador long ago confessed to having plastic surgery to change her nose and chin during her sophomore year in college. And on the season 14 premiere of “RHOC,” she underwent a “scalpel-less facelift” procedure that left her bruised and bandaged. But in late 2020, she had a little more work done — and was very unhappy with the results…

_

On Jan. 21, 2021, Shannon Beador posted a makeup-free video on Instagram in which she looked unnaturally puffy. She explained that she’d made a mistake with her latest procedure and wanted to be open about it as she attempted to have some of her fillers dissolved. “There are a lot of people asking, ‘What did Shannon do to her face?'” she said of comments she got after the season 15 “Real Housewives of Orange County” reunion aired. “I wanted to look good for the reunion, so I [tried] a couple of natural and non-invasive treatments that have been very effective in tightening people’s skin, but it didn’t work at all on my skin.” She panicked and, with the reunion “around the corner,” she said, “it was suggested that I try a natural filler in my face and in my cheeks that stimulates the growth of collagen. And I was running out of time, so I said, ‘OK, go ahead and do it, without doing the research.'” She was deeply unhappy with the results. “I’m having a really difficult time looking myself in the mirror,” she added. “I don’t recognize myself.”

I just switched them out from breastfeeding!” But she’s insisted she won’t mess with her mug. “I don’t like touching my face only because I’m always scared you can never go back. All those nose jobs and cheek implants and stuff like that, people get those and can never go back to what they were,” she told People magazine. But would she try Botox? “Totally.”

The “Jersey Shore” star had a breast lift with implants in 2016. “I call this my little mommy makeover. Being a mom, obviously your boobs are destroyed by having kids, especially breast feeding,” Snooki explained in an Instagram video. “I want to look hot for my husband but I also want to feel great about myself and that was just an insecurity that I had. I just want to feel good about myself, and I want to feel sexy and I want to feel pretty.” In 2018, plastic surgeon John Paul Tutela told Page Six that Snooki, a client, got a little Botox touch-up before shooting “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” the same year.

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Dolores Catania worked hard to slim down in recent years. After taking things as far as she could, she decided she wanted a little extra help to make herself happy, so she had a tummy tuck in 2020. “I had lost 25 pounds from dieting and still wasn’t completely comfortable with my body. I found myself still wanting to cover up,” Dolores (seen here in 2016) told People magazine in July 2020. “Once I hit my goal weight and I knew that my stomach wouldn’t be the way I wanted it to even if I worked out, I knew it was time.” See her results…

As a star on “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” where many people have had work done, it was only a matter of time before Vicki Gunvalson got in on the plastic surgery action.

_

Vicki Gunvalson opted to go under the knife in 2012. Among the improvements she made? Cartilage reconstruction on her nose, a chin implant and fat injections in her cheeks. We can’t help but wonder if this all stemmed from Slade Smiley calling her Miss Piggy, but good for Vicki for spending her hard-earned money on herself! And she didn’t stop with this round…

_

Despite having many procedures over the years, Vicki Gunvalson swore off plastic surgery in 2018. The announcement came on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” where when she explained, “Plastic surgery is not fun. But to me, I look at is as like painting your house.
