Building on its dominance during the 2019 Chicken Sandwich wars, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is now proud to announce its fanciest collaboration yet, the “Spicy TRUFF Chicken Sandwich.” Teaming up with award-winning truffle pantry staple brand TRUFF, the latest culinary innovation aims to elevate the beloved Popeyes Chicken Sandwich.
Bringing fancy flair, the TRUFF x Popeyes Spicy TRUFF Chicken Sandwich features a hand-battered and breaded to-perfection whole chicken breast, barrel-cured pickles, TRUFF’s Spicy Mayo featuring the bold flavors of red jalapeno, rich creamy mayo, and black winter truffle, all held between a buttery brioche bun.
Starting at $5.99 USD, the TRUFF x Popeyes Spicy TRUFF Chicken Sandwich will be available at restaurants and for delivery nationwide starting October 17.
Additionally, Popeyes has also created the “Build Your Own” TRUFF menu on its app and website. The digital menu option offers guests the opportunity to add a side of TRUFF Spicy Mayo to their favorite Popeyes dishes.
